Our three co-founders have worked together for 12+ years, across Graphiq (acquired by Amazon in 2017) and Amazon.\n\nWe’ve built something people actually need, in a market most of Silicon Valley ignores — which is exactly why we’re winning. We're hiring an Account Executive. You will work with our CEO/co-founder to grow Agave from $Xm ARR to $XXm ARR+. Ideally, you are a hungry, scrappy, and energetic AE, pumped to bet on a career-defining role at a fast-growing, early-stage startup. Min. 2+ YoE closing deals in a quota-carrying role at a b2b SaaS company, ideally with experience selling into construction. Learn more about us here (link https://www.figma.com/slides/nlpdpvRj3iS2qbPXqkMQz0/Agave--Candidate-Pitch-Deck?node-id=5-610&t=jDDiUrnFNhn2TWMm-1).\n\n\n\n\nWHY ARE WE HIRING THIS ROLE?\n\n - We’ve made a ton of progress (5XX+ customers, $Xm ARR, hockey-stick growth). Now, we’re seeking an additional AE to help us grow even faster.\n\n - You’ll own the day to day execution of our full sales cycle while working with our CEO/co-founder on all aspects of revenue - from defining ICPs and GTM strategy, to pricing details and contract terms. You’ll be the expert on our customers’ needs - our CTO will ask for your input when planning sprints and new features.\n\n - We expect you to ramp fast since you’re stepping-into a sales motion that’s working well. You’ll have an existing pipeline, refined collateral, meeting templates, a tidy CRM, and SMEs to run demos and answer domain-specific nuances. You’ll have strong inbound and referrals, which you’ll continue to convert at a high rate. You’ll build our outbound motion as we expand our product and enter new segments in construction.\n\n - To do all of this, you will need to be unique. While typical AEs execute existing playbooks, you will need to write a better one. You are not a coin-operated salesperson looking for a 9-to-5. You are a hungry, scrappy, and energetic AE, pumped to bet on a career-defining role at a fast-growing, early-stage startup. Your potential for impact will extend far beyond the ARR you close.\n\n\nCOMPENSATION\n\n - We want AEs eager to bet on themselves and the company, motivated by the upside in the role.\n\n - Compensation shown consists of base + commission (OTE), with meaningful equity.\n\n - Nothing makes our founders happier than writing fat commission checks for well-qualified customers we retain. We ring gongs for each deal.\n\n\nWHY JOIN US?\n\n - Early-stage, yet de-risked: we are a rare combo of being early stage (high upside) but lower risk (thousands of contractors using us, hockey-stick growth). You get the benefits of an early stage startup without the risk you’ll have at almost any other startup. You’ll have a ton of impact, work directly with our customers, and get to work on interesting technical challenges you won’t see at bigger companies. Although we’re early stage, we’ve eliminated key strategic risks you’ll face at other startups. Like an unproven product, lack of market validation, lack of revenue, co-founder disputes. We’re all young and hungry. Our team is fully in-person, tenacious, and committed - most of us moved to SF from far away (Canada, SoCal, Texas, Virginia) specifically to build Agave from the ground up.\n\n - Team is technical, diverse, young: you'll work with a formidable founding team that's experienced, intense, and ambitious. The cofounders worked together for 10 years, first at a startup that Amazon acquired, then at Amazon, and now at Agave. You'll learn a ton while having outsized ownership. You’ll have a front-row seat to the good and bad of building a company from the ground up.\n\n - Huge opportunity without direct competition: startups are incredibly hard, so you want to join one that has a unique advantage. You don’t want to spend years of your life on a company in a saturated market with tons of competition. We’re seizing an opportunity that’s massive (Construction is the world’s third-largest industry) but also overlooked by most people in startup land. Most who can solve this problem aren’t aware it exists or are too distracted by tech trends (blockchain, metaverse, LLMs, etc.) to notice. These talented folks get coaxed into building products that seem cool early on, but don’t solve durable problems or aren’t differentiated enough against their many competitors to be sustainable (e.g. lots of AI products), so they end-up not going anywhere or stagnating without a clear plan to grow profitably. As a result, we have a multi-year head start against potential competitors, increasing our odds of success significantly. We’re also backed by world-class investors (Accel, YC) and Construction insiders (Procore and Autodesk executives, founders of the largest construction tech companies like PlanGrid).\n\n - Momentum is accelerating: our AI products are the fastest-growing part of the business, with a third of new deals now including one. Channel partnerships are fueling that growth too: we signed 8 new ones in the last month alone.\n\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\n - Your core role is to help construction general/trade contractors automate work through software integration, saving time and grow their company more profitably. To do this, you will own our end-to-end sales process, including:\n \n - Lead gen + prospecting: research potential customers, generate leads, and build a consistent outbound sales pipeline. Attend industry events and develop connections to drive future sales growth.\n \n - Outreach + engagement: contact leads via email, cold calls, job-site visits, conferences, and more. Manage inbound and referral leads shared by external partners who co-sell with us.\n \n - Qualification + closing: run discovery calls, demos (with our technical SME experts), and follow-ups to qualify close new customers. Build proposals and RoI cases that convince qualified prospects to buy Agave. Negotiate contract terms when needed.\n \n - Process improvement: improve our internal sales processes (slides, call scripts, meeting templates, contract terms, CRM workflows, metrics, dashboards, etc.). Run weekly “Sales Review” meetings company-wide to review deals and answer questions.\n \n - Cross-team work: work with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to consistently delight customers. Work with our co-founding team on all things sales and revenue related.\n \n - \n\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n - Hard requirements:\n \n - 2+ years of sales experience: 2+ YoE closing deals in a quota-carrying role at a b2b SaaS company. You understand the collaboration, process, and tenacity required to close 5-6 figure b2B SaaS contracts.\n \n - Prior sales success: strong record evidenced by quota attainment, customer retention, and manager feedback.\n\n - Soft requirements:\n \n - Hands-on: you have been a successful IC and want to continue being one. You must love operating in the messy weeds of finding prospects and closing them. You do not want to be an armchair expert.\n \n - Owner mindset: you are self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision. We can trust you to disqualify poor-fit customers instead of signing them. Where there’s a gap, you fill it without asking.\n \n - Clear + persuasive communication: you love writing crisp follow-up emails to customers and articulating compelling counterpoints to their hesitations.\n \n - Strong EQ: you know when to listen and when to sell. You are attuned to social signals, especially on Zoom.\n \n - Uncanny ability to deliver results: you get the job done consistently, doing any task needed to deliver on time. You're gritty and not easily discouraged.\n \n - Product curiosity: you are curious about how our product works, and act to understand it in more detail than is typical for a salesperson.\n\n - Nice to have:\n \n - Experience selling software into the construction industry.\n \n - Experience at a startup, ideally Series B/C or earlier.\n \n - Familiarity with accounting concepts and nuances.\n\n\nBENEFITS\n\nCompensation\n\n - Equity: competitive equity, so you share in the upside you’re helping create.\n\n - Performance Bonuses: we offer annual performance bonuses when we hit company growth goals. We’re hiring a smart generalist to become an expert on our product and lead customer implementations. You’ll guide customers through their Agave journey. This is a unique opportunity to learn a complex b2b product, build long-term relationships with customers, drive sales growth, work closely with engineers, and join a fast-growing team going from $Xm to $XXm in revenue. Learn more about us here (link https://www.figma.com/slides/nlpdpvRj3iS2qbPXqkMQz0/Agave--Candidate-Pitch-Deck?node-id=5-610&t=jDDiUrnFNhn2TWMm-1).\n\n\nNote: no need to have construction/finance experience. No need to have technical skills, although clear ability to learn quickly through intensive training is critical (see below).\n\n\n\n\nWHAT IS AGAVE?\n\n\n\n\nWe're building the financial ops platform for construction, a $12T global industry run by software built 20-40 years ago, much of it on-prem with no APIs and no documentation.\n\nWe spent 3 years building the rails to read and write across those systems, and we use them to deploy AI for invoicing, expenses, compliance, billing, and more.\n\nWe have 550+ customers and our AI products are the fastest-growing part of the business: a third of new deals now include one, and we signed 8 new channel partnerships in the last month alone. We're backed by Accel and Y Combinator, with investors from Procore, Autodesk, and Plaid. Our three co-founders have worked together for 12+ years, across Graphiq (acquired by Amazon in 2017) and Amazon.\n\nWe’ve built something people actually need, in a market most of Silicon Valley ignores — which is exactly why we’re winning. The only thing slowing us down is hiring. Our team is small, scrappy, and high-caliber, and we’re looking for the next wave of builders who will help take Agave from breakout startup to category-defining company.\n\n\n\n\nWHY ARE WE HIRING THIS ROLE?\n\n - We’re growing quickly. We’re closing and onboarding 5-8 new customers per week. We simply can’t manage this pace going forward with our current headcount.\n\n - By hiring for this role, we will expand our capacity to run more sales demos and onboard more customers in a shorter period. This will enable us to sign more customers faster and release a constraint holding us back from hitting our aggressive growth goals this year.\n\n - You will wear many hats in addition to leading customer implementations, including:\n \n - Solutions Engineer: you’ll build deep relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and configure our tool so it integrates seamlessly with their systems of record (e.g. ERP). You’ll be forced to get scrappy, creative, and technical to figure out solutions to unexpected needs and to troubleshoot quirks that arise. \n \n - Product Manager: you’ll work 1:1 with our customers and observe implicit and explicit feedback they provide when using our product. You’ll capture that input, synthesize it, and work with our engineering team to prioritize improvements that make our implementations faster and easier.\n \n - Sales Engineer: you’ll serve as the technical expert in early sales conversations — leading demos with prospective customers and guiding them through how Agave will solve their specific pain points.\n \n \n\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\n - Customer Discovery - work with our Sales team to lead technical demos:\n \n - Guide prospects through how Agave works\n \n - Answer technical questions and position our product in the context of their systems\n\n - Customer Onboarding — own customer onboardings end-to-end (alongside other teammates):\n \n - Lead customers from sales handoff to full implementation efficiently, working with them 1:1\n \n - Be their primary point of contact and assume full accountability for their onboarding\n \n - Understand their goals and configure our product to meet their specific needs\n \n - Train them on how to use Agave (e.g. integrate their data, perform common actions, handle edge cases)\n \n - Create and maintain comprehensive docs for implementation best practices and FAQs\n \n - Build strong customer relationships and long-term loyalty\n \n - Identify churn risks and upsell opportunities\n\n - Project Management — project-manage each customer’s implementation; We're hiring a sharp, semi-technical generalist to become a deep product expert. You'll work directly with engineers to spec, test, and ship product improvements — rolling up your sleeves in the weeds of complex integrations, edge cases, and real customer data. This role is about execution, not strategy. Learn more about us here (link https://www.figma.com/slides/nlpdpvRj3iS2qbPXqkMQz0/Agave--Candidate-Pitch-Deck?node-id=5-610&t=jDDiUrnFNhn2TWMm-1).\n\n\n\n\nWHAT IS AGAVE?\n\nWe're building the financial ops platform for construction, a $12T global industry run by software built 20-40 years ago, much of it on-prem with no APIs and no documentation.\n\nWe spent 3 years building the rails to read and write across those systems, and we use them to deploy AI for invoicing, expenses, compliance, billing, and more.\n\nWe have 550+ customers and our AI products are the fastest-growing part of the business: a third of new deals now include one, and we signed 8 new channel partnerships in the last month alone. Our team is small, scrappy, and high-caliber, and we’re looking for the next wave of builders who will help take Agave from breakout startup to category-defining company.\n\n\n\n\nWHY ARE WE HIRING THIS ROLE?\n\nWe're growing fast, and our product surface is expanding rapidly. As we scale integrations and add new features, we need someone who can be the bridge between our engineering team and the messy reality of how customers actually use our product.\n\nThis person will own the investigative, speccing, QA, and rollout work that keeps our product moving quickly without sacrificing quality. You'll be embedded with engineers and will develop deep expertise in the systems we integrate with.\n\n\n\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nProduct Investigation & Spec\n\n - Become a deep expert on every system we integrate with — ERPs, field tools, accounting platforms\n\n - Investigate edge cases and unexpected behaviors in our integrations through structured debugging\n\n - Write precise, engineer-ready specs for new features, improvements, and bug fixes\n\n - Own the full lifecycle of features from discovery through QA and rollout\n\nQA & Rollout\n\n - Design and execute thorough test plans before features ship\n\n - Catch edge cases that engineers and customers would miss\n\n - Document rollout steps and own post-launch monitoring\n\nCustomer & Internal Feedback Loops\n\n - Synthesize feedback from customer calls, support tickets, and onboarding observations\n\n - Translate implicit and explicit product pain points into actionable specs\n\n - Partner with the AM/onboarding team to identify friction points and prioritize fixes\n\nProcess & Documentation\n\n - Build internal documentation for integration behaviors, known edge cases, and common configurations\n\n - Create and maintain testing frameworks that scale as our product grows\n\n - Identify and improve gaps in our product development process\n\n\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\n\n - Must have:\n \n - Hands-on: you'll be a full-time builder, not a manager. You must love operating in the messy weeds of nuanced systems, understanding their complexity and simplifying it for our customers. You will focus on product execution and delivery, less on strategy and market research.\n \n - Semi-technical: no need to code, but you must have at least internship experience working closely with APIs, databases, SQL, Postman, and similar tools OR excitement to learn. The more, the better.\n \n - Meticulous attention to detail: structured thinker who nerds-out on nuances, accounts for edge cases, and tests your work thoroughly before calling it done.\n \n - In-person: pumped to work in-person in SF 5 days per week.\n\n - Nice to have:\n\n - Experience building software products alongside software engineers and shipping products on tight timelines.\n\n\nTHIS ROLE MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF….\n\n - You aren’t a developer, but you’ve built side projects/hustles. You will get more of a chance to flex your technical acumen here than in most product roles, often working side-by-side with engineers.\n\n - You like tinkering. The systems we integrate with are old, challenging, and sometimes unpredictable. If you enjoy discovering through trial and error in a sandbox, you’ll fit right in.\n\n - You’re good at puzzles, complex turn-based games, etc - Construction project financials are a large dependency stack with many variables. If you manage complex systems well, you’ll likely pick it up quickly.\n\n - You want to learn how software products get built. You will work with an extremely high-performing team that knows how to build great technology and products.\n\n\nTHIS ROLE MAY NOT BE FOR YOU IF...\n\n - You want to be a product strategist or “CEO of the Product”. Our AI products are the fastest-growing part of the business: a third of new deals now include one, and we signed 8 new channel partnerships in the last month alone. We're hiring a hands-on, technical support engineer to become a true expert on the Agave Platform, own the support queue, and be the first responder to our customers when something breaks or is confusing. You’ll triage, diagnose, and resolve issues; improve our documentation and playbooks; and surface patterns that directly shape our product roadmap.\n\nYou’ll work directly with our Solutions Engineers, PMs, and Engineers to define how support works at Agave — from SLAs and metrics to tooling and processes. If you like talking to customers, digging into technical details, and bringing order to chaos, you’ll be an excellent fit. Learn more about us here (link https://www.figma.com/slides/nlpdpvRj3iS2qbPXqkMQz0/Agave--Candidate-Pitch-Deck?node-id=5-610&t=jDDiUrnFNhn2TWMm-1).\n\n\n\n\nWHY ARE WE HIRING THIS ROLE?\n\n - We want support to be a first-class function, not an afterthought. We believe high-quality, fast, and honest support is one of our biggest levers for retention and referrals in construction. You will be the person who brings order to this: owning the queue, building processes, and giving us the confidence to scale to 1k+ customers without our quality dropping. If you want to see the impact of your work directly in customer outcomes and company growth, this is as direct as it gets.\n \n \n\n\nWHO YOU ARE\n\nMust have\n\n - 2-8 years of experience, ideally in b2b SaaS.\n\n - 2+ years in a customer-facing role (support, CSM, solutions, or implementation) where you helped customers resolve nuanced, non-scripted issues.\n\n - Experience owning a queue of tickets or cases and driving them to resolution, not just handing them off.\n\nNice to have\n\n - Experience supporting a technical product (integrations, data pipelines, accounting, or similar).\n\n - Familiarity with APIs, data formats like JSON, and basic database concepts (tables, simple SQL queries).\n\n - Exposure to construction, accounting, or ERP/accounting systems.\n\nKey Traits\n\n - Customer-centric. You’re good with people, calm under pressure, and able to build trust quickly with busy customers (finance and operations leaders at construction companies).\n\n - Energized by people: you will work 1:1 with customers via email, in-app chat, and on Zoom; you are energized by building relationships and helping customers accomplish their goals with Agave.\n\n - Strong communicator. You write crisp, clear emails and tickets. You can explain complex issues in simple language and know when to ask follow-up questions vs. guess.\n\n - Technically curious. You’re comfortable learning how APIs, integrations, and databases work at a conceptual level. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you don’t shy away from JSON payloads, logs, or configs.\n\n - Problem solver. You like digging into ambiguous problems, breaking them down, and testing hypotheses instead of just trying random fixes.\n\n - Process oriented. You notice patterns and turn them into simple systems: checklists, templates, or workflows that make the next issue easier.\n\n - Comfortable with ambiguity. You’d rather help write the playbook than be handed a mature one. You’re okay not knowing the answer at first and working it out.\n\n - Fast learner. No construction experience required, but you should be able to learn industry jargon and answer in-depth questions from construction CFOs and controllers within 60–90 days.\n\nThis role is NOT for you if:\n\n - You don’t want to become an expert: Our customers choose us because we deeply understand their workflows and systems. If you only enjoy surface-level relationship work and not the details, this won’t be a good fit.\n\n - You prefer narrow, well-defined responsibilities: We give a lot of autonomy and visibility; the scope here will evolve quickly as we grow.\n\n - You want a low-intensity support role: This role will be busy and high-leverage; you’ll handle a lot of volume and context and be expected to make good decisions independently.\n\n - You’re a late-riser: Our customers span North America, many are in ET. Our peak support hours are 8am-10am PT.\n \n \n \n \n BENEFITS\n \n Compensation\n \n - Equity: competitive equity, so you share in the upside you’re helping create.\n \n - Performance Bonuses: we offer annual performance bonuses when we hit company growth goals. For 2026, the bonus is 15% of your base salary or OTE. We've had these bonuses for the last 3 years, and expect to continue to have them in subsequent years.\n \n - 401(k): we match 100% of your contributions, up to 4% of your annual salary.\n \n Health & family\n \n - Healthcare: we cover 90% of your healthcare costs, with several plan options. We also cover a healthy portion of dependent costs.\n \n - HSA: a $100/month company contribution to your HSA.\n \n - Parental leave: up to 12 weeks of paid leave for all new parents, including adoptive and foster parents\n \n Where you work\n \n - Relocation: a sizable bonus if you’re moving to the Bay Area, plus an extra bonus for anyone (even current Bay Area residents) who moves within a 15-minute walk of our office.\n \n - Commuter benefits: pre-tax contributions toward commuting costs, and we cover the full cost of a Muni pass if you take public transit.\n \n - Office visits: company-sponsored trips to our SF HQ at least every other month. We're hiring our first full-time marketing hire: a hands-on Marketing Lead to run our marketing day to day: content, campaigns, conferences, and the website, as we go from one product to a multi-product platform.\n\nLearn more about us here (link https://www.figma.com/slides/nlpdpvRj3iS2qbPXqkMQz0/Agave--Candidate-Pitch-Deck?node-id=5-610&t=jDDiUrnFNhn2TWMm-1).\n\n\n\n\nWHAT IS AGAVE?\n\nWe're building the financial ops platform for construction, a $12T global industry run by software built 20-40 years ago, much of it on-prem with no APIs and no documentation.\n\nWe spent 3 years building the rails to read and write across those systems, and we use them to deploy AI for invoicing, expenses, compliance, billing, and more.\n\nWe have 550+ customers and our AI products are the fastest-growing part of the business: a third of new deals now include one, and we signed 8 new channel partnerships in the last month alone. We're backed by Accel and Y Combinator, with investors from Procore, Autodesk, and Plaid. Our three co-founders have worked together for 12+ years, across Graphiq (acquired by Amazon in 2017) and Amazon.\n\nWe've built something people actually need, in a market most of Silicon Valley ignores — which is exactly why we're winning. The only thing slowing us down is hiring. Our team is small, scrappy, and high-caliber, and we're looking for the next wave of builders who will help take Agave from breakout startup to category-defining company.\n\n\n\n\nWHY ARE WE HIRING THIS ROLE?\n\nMarketing at Agave has never had a full-time owner. In under a year we've gone from selling one product to five or more, and every new product adds website and product pages, announcement content, email campaigns, sales enablement, and competitive positioning.\n\nMeanwhile, our only proven lead generation channels are referrals and conferences. We know there is real demand we're not reaching — through search, AI search, lifecycle email, review sites, webinars, paid placement.\n\n\n\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nRun Agave's marketing, including (but not limited to):\n\n - Positioning & messaging — make products legible to construction finance buyers.\n \n - Own positioning and messaging across our full product line, and keep it coherent as we ship new products\n \n - Build and maintain sales enablement materials in tight partnership with sales\n \n - Own competitive differentiation as new products bring new competitors\n\n - Channel discovery — find the 1-2 repeatable lead generation channels beyond referrals and conferences.\n \n - Design, run, and read out channel experiments: paid and AI-search placement, targeted ads, lifecycle email off in-app behavior, webinars\n \n - Own and optimize our SEO and AEO presence: track rankings and AI-answer citations, and proactively improve how Agave shows up in search and AI answers\n \n - Review and manage site presence (G2, Capterra, etc.) and find creative ways to incentivize customers to leave reviews\n \n - Operate a defined experiment budget; kill what doesn't work fast, and scale what does\n \n - Stand up the analytics to know what's working (customer journey tracking, SEO/AIO rankings, funnel metrics)\n\n - Product marketing: launch every new product well.\n \n - Own go-to-market for new product launches, from positioning and messaging through go-live\n \n - Keep website messaging and feature pages aligned with every product update, so the site always reflects what we’ve shipped\n \n - Own the changelog and keep it current, clear, and written for customers\n \n - Build in-app landing pages that introduce new products to users\n\n - Content & web — personally write and ship.\n \n - Own the website: new pages, product pages, competitor comparison pages, copy and design direction\n \n - Work with our website vendor to develop and ship new website pages\n \n - Own content production: product announcement blogs, case studies, LinkedIn, monthly product newsletters, marketing email campaigns\n \n - Keep our presence sharp on partner sites and marketplace listings\n\n - Events & field — make our strongest existing channel bigger.\n \n - Own conference materials and logistics, including running 1-2 Agave events per major conference\n \n - Create marketing materials for conferences: flyers, banners, booth assets, and handouts\n\n - Email marketing — turn our 500+ customer base into our best pipeline for new products.\n \n - Own the customer email program end to end: monthly product newsletters, new product announcements, and feature launch emails\n \n - Set up lifecycle emails triggered by in-app behavior\n \n - Build upsell campaigns that introduce existing customers to products they don't use yet, segmented by what they already own, their ERP, and how they use Agave today.\n\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\nWho you are:\n\n - 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B software, with hands-on range: you have personally run campaigns, written and shipped content, or helped execute events\n\n - You've worked on a small or scrappy team (a startup, or a small marketing org) where you did the work yourself rather than routing it to others\n\n - Excited to be hands-on: you write the copy, ship the page, and run the event yourself\n\n - Comfortable figuring things out without a playbook, in a technical, unglamorous vertical\n\nMust have:\n\n - Exceptional writing, clear, concrete, and free of marketing fluff (and AI em-dashes!)\n\n - Strong experiment design: you form a hypothesis, define success upfront, run the test, and read out honestly\n\n - Comfort partnering directly with founders and company leaders on positioning and pipeline\n\n - Bias to ship: you'd rather get a real page live this week than perfect a strategy deck\n\nNice to have:\n\n - Hands-on experience with Webflow\n\n - Experience writing customer emails, or working knowledge of HTML for email templates\n\n - Experience marketing to SMB or mid-market buyers in a vertical industry (construction, field services, logistics, ERPs, fintech, accounting)\n\n - Hands-on with HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO/AIO tooling, and modern AI content workflows\n\n - Experience building sales enablement for a multi-product platform\n\n - Light design skills: you can produce a clean flyer, banner, or social graphic\n\n - Experience writing customer emails, or working knowledge of HTML for email templates\n\nThis role may be a great fit if…\n\n - You want outsized ownership early. You'll be our first full-time marketing hire, with far more scope and visibility than a marketing role at a bigger company would give you.\n\n - You're energized by greenfield. Nobody has worked these channels for this buyer. Most tests will fail; finding the two that don't is the job.\n\n - You like proximity to revenue. You'll work directly with sales, and your positioning work shows up in deals within weeks.\n\n - You still love the craft. You'd rather write the page yourself than brief an agency.\n\nThis role may NOT be for you if…\n\n - You're expecting a team and a big budget on day one. You'll be a team of one, with a defined experiment budget.\n\n - You want to focus purely on strategy. At our size the marketing lead personally writes, ships, and runs events.\n\n - You need an established playbook. Construction finance buyers aren't reached the way SaaS playbooks assume.\n\n - You prefer remote work. We're in-person in San Francisco 5 days/week.\n\n\nBENEFITS\n\nCompensation\n\n - Equity: competitive equity, so you share in the upside you’re helping create.\n\n - Performance Bonuses: we offer annual performance bonuses when we hit company growth goals. For 2026, the bonus is 15% of your base salary or OTE. We've had these bonuses for the last 3 years, and expect to continue to have them in subsequent years.\n\n - 401(k): we match 100% of your contributions, up to 4% of your annual salary.\n\nHealth & family\n\n - Healthcare: we cover 90% of your healthcare costs, with several plan options. We also cover a healthy portion of dependent costs.\n\n - HSA: a $100/month company contribution to your HSA.\n\n - Parental leave: up to 12 weeks of paid leave for all new parents, including adoptive and foster parents\n\nWhere you work\n\n - Relocation: a sizable bonus if you’re moving to the Bay Area, plus an extra bonus for anyone (even current Bay Area residents) who moves within a 15-minute walk of our office.\n\n - Commuter benefits: pre-tax contributions toward commuting costs, and we cover the full cost of a Muni pass if you take public transit.\n\n - Office visits: company-sponsored trips to our SF HQ at least every other month. For remote teammates, we schedule trips to overlap during “remote visit” weeks so you get real time with the team.\n\n - Visa sponsorship: we sponsor visas (H1B, TN, etc.) for candidates who are a good fit.\n\nPerks\n\n - Food: breakfast and dinner stipends through DoorDash, plus a kitchen stocked with coffee, snacks, and drinks.\n\n - Gym: on-site gym with Peloton, squat rack, Tempo, Yoga setup, and more.\n \n \n\n\nIN-PERSON\n\n - We've built Agave in-person since day 1, and will maintain an in-person culture in San Francisco going forward. We form tighter bonds, build a stronger culture, and move faster since we're all working from one location.\n\n - Our office is at 101 New Montgomery Street, San Francisco, right near Salesforce Park, coffee shops & restaurants, and a bustling downtown. We believe building in-person is a huge strategic advantage, and we hope you'll join us.\n\n\nADDITIONAL RESOURCES\n\n - Candidate Pitch Deck https://www.figma.com/slides/nlpdpvRj3iS2qbPXqkMQz0/Agave--Candidate-Pitch-Deck?node-id=5-610&t=9NGkI4JqOVPPJhvF-1\n\n - Why construction? https://useagave.com/blog/why-construction\n\n - Video: What is Agave? https://www.loom.com/share/ceced1bcb1484b1d80fbe34d3d72169b?sid=04851078-2a67-4b06-bd4f-64cbd98ae33a","compensation":{"compensationTierSummary":"$130K – $180K • Offers Equity","scrapeableCompensationSalarySummary":"$130K - $180K","compensationTiers":[{"id":"37a29eef-a5a3-4bef-8d41-a1d9a3c255de","tierSummary":"Estimated Base Salary $130K – $180K • Offers Equity","title":null,"additionalInformation":null,"components":[{"id":"e93d5a3c-efd8-482c-8549-40a82ba0472f","summary":"Offers Equity","compensationType":"EquityPercentage","interval":"NONE","currencyCode":null,"minValue":null,"maxValue":null},{"id":"b7228544-04af-47b1-a27d-b1f3a4dc6a11","summary":"Estimated Base Salary $130K – $180K","compensationType":"Salary","interval":"1 YEAR","currencyCode":"USD","minValue":130000,"maxValue":180000}]}],"summaryComponents":[{"compensationType":"EquityPercentage","interval":"NONE","currencyCode":null,"minValue":null,"maxValue":null},{"compensationType":"Salary","interval":"1 YEAR","currencyCode":"USD","minValue":130000,"maxValue":180000}]}},{"id":"17152c30-ad35-403d-a144-80bcfeee5cfa","title":"Senior Software Engineer ","department":"Engineering","team":"Engineering","employmentType":"FullTime","location":"San Francisco","shouldDisplayCompensationOnJobPostings":true,"secondaryLocations":[{"location":"Remote","address":null}],"publishedAt":"2026-09-25T03:37:09.276+00:00","isListed":true,"isRemote":false,"workplaceType":"OnSite","address":{"postalAddress":{"postalCode":"94105","addressRegion":"California","streetAddress":"101 New Montgomery Street","addressCountry":"United States","addressLocality":"San Francisco"}},"jobUrl":"https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/Agave/17152c30-ad35-403d-a144-80bcfeee5cfa","applyUrl":"https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/Agave/17152c30-ad35-403d-a144-80bcfeee5cfa/application","descriptionHtml":"
This position is based in the United States. We've spent the last five years building the foundational data layers that give us unusually deep access to our customers' financial and project data, across systems that were never built to talk to each other. That's the moat, and you'd be joining right as we ramp up the AI-powered products that sit on top of it. The only thing slowing us down is hiring. Our team is small, scrappy, and high-caliber, and we're looking for the next wave of builders who will help take Agave from breakout startup to category-defining company.

Why join us?

Early-stage, yet de-risked: we are a rare combo of being early stage (high upside) but lower risk (thousands of contractors using us, hockey-stick growth). You get the benefits of an early stage startup without the risk you'll have at almost any other startup. You'll have a ton of impact, work directly with our customers, and get to work on interesting technical challenges you won't see at bigger companies. Although we're early stage, we've eliminated key strategic risks you'll face at other startups, like an unproven product, lack of market validation, lack of revenue, or co-founder disputes. We're all young and hungry. Most of us moved to SF from far away (Canada, SoCal, Texas, Virginia) specifically to build Agave from the ground up.

Team is technical and diverse: you'll work with a formidable founding team that's experienced, intense, and ambitious. The cofounders worked together for 10+ years, first at a startup that Amazon acquired, then at Amazon, and now at Agave. You'll learn a ton while having outsized ownership. You'll have a front-row seat to the good and bad of building a company from the ground up.

Huge opportunity without direct competition: startups are incredibly hard, so you want to join one that has a unique advantage. You don't want to spend years of your life on a company in a saturated market with tons of competition. We're seizing an opportunity that's massive (Construction is the world's third-largest industry) but also overlooked by most people in startup land. Most who can solve this problem aren't aware it exists or are too distracted by tech trends to notice. As a result, we have a multi-year head start against potential competitors, increasing our odds of success significantly. We're also backed by world-class investors (Accel, YC) and Construction insiders (Procore and Autodesk executives, founders of the largest construction tech companies like PlanGrid).

Momentum is accelerating: our AI products are the fastest-growing part of the business, with a third of new deals now including one. We're building agents that read, reconcile, and act on construction financial data (invoices, change orders, pay apps, budgets) inside systems that were never designed to be queried. The hard parts are grounding, getting an agent to be right about a customer's actual numbers, evaluating quality when the correct answer lives in a 30-year-old ERP, designing tools over our own APIs, and deciding what should be a deterministic pipeline versus what to leave to a model.

Unification: we unify dozens-to-hundreds of fragmented systems under a single standard that we define: data objects, data models, authentication, account-linking UX, and features like filters and pagination. It's the foundation the AI products sit on, and every new feature has to be designed generically across every system we support and plan to support.

On-prem: we're connecting with many types of on-prem systems (SQL-based, DLL-based, API-based), many built 20-40 years ago. We provide tremendous value to customers allowing them to interface with these systems in a secure, fast, reliable way, as if they're modern, cloud-based products. We need to support real-time communication and webhooks when they don't exist (e.g., using web-sockets).

Scale & speed: we're handling millions of API requests per day, and growing daily. For our products that we power with our own API (e.g. Analytics), we need to store and retrieve large amounts of data in an efficient way, building elegant caching layers to reduce latency. We ship code daily and iterate quickly based on actual feedback from paying customers (they share tons!).

Tech stack?

TypeScript, React, Redis, Postgres, AWS - CDK, EC2

Benefits

Compensation

Equity: competitive equity, so you share in the upside you’re helping create.

Performance Bonuses: we offer annual performance bonuses when we hit company growth goals. Candidates must currently reside in the U.S. or willing to relocate to the U.S. We offer relocation assistance and immigration sponsorship where applicable. As part of our interview process, candidates are required to attend a final onsite interview at our San Francisco office.\n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE ROLE\n\ntl;dr: Fresh off a $15M Series A led by Accel (total funding now $20M+), Agave is experiencing hockey-stick growth. We're looking for a world-class senior full-stack/backend engineer who loves building AI and agent products on top of hard-won data, simplifying complex systems, and making them fast at scale. Learn more about us here (link https://www.figma.com/slides/nlpdpvRj3iS2qbPXqkMQz0/Agave--Candidate-Pitch-Deck?node-id=5-610&t=jDDiUrnFNhn2TWMm-1).\n\nIn-person: if you're in the Bay Area, we expect you in our San Francisco office 5 days a week. The role is remote-optional for candidates outside the Bay Area, and we offer a sizable relocation bonus if you want to move here.\n\n\n\n\nWHAT IS AGAVE?\n\nWe're building the financial operations platform for construction, a $12T global industry run by software built 20-40 years ago.\n\nWe have 550+ customers, backed by Accel and Y Combinator, with investors from Procore, Autodesk, and Plaid. Our three co-founders have worked together for 12+ years, across Graphiq (acquired by Amazon in 2017) and Amazon.\n\nWe've built something people actually need, in a market most of Silicon Valley ignores — which is exactly why we're winning. Our team is small, scrappy, and high-caliber, and we're looking for the next wave of builders who will help take Agave from breakout startup to category-defining company.\n\n\n\n\nWHY JOIN US?\n\nEarly-stage, yet de-risked: we are a rare combo of being early stage (high upside) but lower risk (thousands of contractors using us, hockey-stick growth). Most of us moved to SF from far away (Canada, SoCal, Texas, Virginia) specifically to build Agave from the ground up.\n\nTeam is technical and diverse: you'll work with a formidable founding team that's experienced, intense, and ambitious. The cofounders worked together for 10+ years, first at a startup that Amazon acquired, then at Amazon, and now at Agave. You'll learn a ton while having outsized ownership. You'll have a front-row seat to the good and bad of building a company from the ground up.\n\nHuge opportunity without direct competition: startups are incredibly hard, so you want to join one that has a unique advantage. We're also backed by world-class investors (Accel, YC) and Construction insiders (Procore and Autodesk executives, founders of the largest construction tech companies like PlanGrid).\n\nMomentum is accelerating: our AI products are the fastest-growing part of the business, with a third of new deals now including one. Channel partnerships are fueling that growth too: we signed 8 new ones in the last month alone.\n\n\n\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n - Back-end/full-stack engineer with 6+ years of experience.\n\n - Has designed and built new large-scale systems from scratch and owned them through years of production use.\n\n - Deep experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS) and distributed systems in production: caching, queuing, and data consistency at scale.\n\n - Has debugged hard production issues end-to-end: DB performance, memory, concurrency, third-party API failures.\n\n - Comfortable across the full stack, and able to pick up unfamiliar or legacy systems (SQL, DLLs).\n\n - Has lived through scaling pain: 100x traffic growth, migrations, incident postmortems.\n\n - Has delivered large, ambiguous projects end-to-end, and can explain the tradeoffs to founders and customers, not just engineers.\n\n - Self-motivated, high ownership, low ego; desire to work on a fast-paced, intense, fun team. Excited to be our next hire; passion for building a world-class engineering culture.\n\n - If in Bay Area: pumped to work in-person with us in SF 5 days/week. This role is remote optional for candidates outside of the Bay Area.\n\n - No need to have: prior experience with our tech stack.\n \n \n\n\nWHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU\n\n - Own the architecture of major subsystems — a new integration category, sync engine internals, our AI product infrastructure. The design decisions are yours to make and defend.\n\n - Set the patterns the team builds on. Your abstractions become how we build; you influence through design docs, reviews, and tooling.\n\n - Scope and de-risk multi-week projects yourself: identify the unknowns, prototype early, sequence the work.\n\n - Make pragmatic build-vs-buy and tech-debt tradeoffs, and articulate the reasoning clearly.\n\n - Raise the team's technical bar through design reviews, pairing, and mentoring the engineers we hire alongside you.\n \n \n\n\nINTERESTING TECHNICAL CHALLENGES?\n\nAI & agents: this is where most of our new product work is. We're building agents that read, reconcile, and act on construction financial data (invoices, change orders, pay apps, budgets) inside systems that were never designed to be queried. The hard parts are grounding, getting an agent to be right about a customer's actual numbers, evaluating quality when the correct answer lives in a 30-year-old ERP, designing tools over our own APIs, and deciding what should be a deterministic pipeline versus what to leave to a model.\n\nUnification: we unify dozens-to-hundreds of fragmented systems under a single standard that we define: data objects, data models, authentication, account-linking UX, and features like filters and pagination. It's the foundation the AI products sit on, and every new feature has to be designed generically across every system we support and plan to support.\n\nOn-prem: we're connecting with many types of on-prem systems (SQL-based, DLL-based, API-based), many built 20-40 years ago. We provide tremendous value to customers allowing them to interface with these systems in a secure, fast, reliable way, as if they're modern, cloud-based products. We need to support real-time communication and webhooks when they don't exist (e.g., using web-sockets).\n\nScale & speed: we're handling millions of API requests per day, and growing daily. For our products that we power with our own API (e.g. Analytics), we need to store and retrieve large amounts of data in an efficient way, building elegant caching layers to reduce latency. We ship code daily and iterate quickly based on actual feedback from paying customers (they share tons!).\n\n\n\n\nTECH STACK?\n\nTypeScript, React, Redis, Postgres, AWS - CDK, EC2\n\n\n\n\nBENEFITS\n\nCompensation\n\n - Equity: competitive equity, so you share in the upside you’re helping create.\n\n - Performance Bonuses: we offer annual performance bonuses when we hit company growth goals. For remote teammates, we schedule trips to overlap during “remote visit” weeks so you get real time with the team.\n\n - Visa sponsorship: we sponsor visas (H1B, TN, etc.) for candidates who are a good fit.\n\nPerks\n\n - Food: breakfast and dinner stipends through DoorDash, plus a kitchen stocked with coffee, snacks, and drinks.\n\n - Gym: on-site gym with Peloton, squat rack, Tempo, Yoga setup, and more.\n \n \n\n\nOUR OFFICE\n\nWe've built Agave in-person since day 1, and will maintain an in-person culture in San Francisco going forward for candidates in the Bay Area. We also will provide a significant relocation bonus for candidates who want to move to the Bay Area.\n\nOur office is at 101 New Montgomery Street, San Francisco, right near Salesforce Park, coffee shops & restaurants, and a bustling downtown. We believe building in-person is a huge strategic advantage, and we hope you'll join us.\n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE INTERVIEW PROCESS\n\nAt each stage, we decide within 24hrs and update you shortly after.\n\nIntro (15min): informal chat for you to learn more about the role. We'll ask for details on past projects. We want to know that you can code, and speak about your work clearly. You're welcome to ask lots of questions about whether working at Agave makes sense for you.\n\nCustomer Needs Problem (50min): we'll ask you to design a feature to meet a customer need based on one of our actual application components. We’re also backed by world-class investors (Accel, YC) and Construction insiders (Procore and Autodesk executives, founders of the largest construction tech companies like PlanGrid).\n \n \n \n Requirements\n\n - Exceptional college grads with strong intern/co-op experience, ideally from a top undergraduate university\n\n - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science\n\n - Self-motivated, high ownership, low ego; desire to work on a fast-paced, intense, fun team. Passion for building a world-class engineering culture.\n\n - Pumped to work in-person with us in SF 5 days/week.\n\n - No need to have: prior experience with our tech stack or at B2B SaaS/API company\n \n \n \n Interesting technical challenges?\n\n - Unification: we’re unifying dozens-to-hundreds of fragmented systems under a single standard that we define. Our unification covers data objects, data models, authentication, account-linking UX, and features like filters and pagination. When designing any new feature, we have to do it in a scalable way. For example, when adding filters, we have to research each system we support (and plan to support) and create a generic, system-agnostic solution.\n\n - On-prem: we’re connecting with many types of on-prem systems (SQL-based, DLL-based, API-based), many built 20-40 years ago. We provide tremendous value to customers allowing them to interface with these systems in a secure, fast, reliable way, as if they’re modern, cloud-based products. We need to support real-time communication and webhooks when they don’t exist (e.g., using web-sockets).\n\n - Scale & speed: we’re handling millions of API requests per day, and growing daily. For our products that we power with our own API (e.g. Analytics), we need to store and retrieve large amounts of data in an efficient way, building elegant caching layers to reduce latency. We ship code daily and iterate quickly based on actual feedback from paying customers (they share tons!).\n\n - Operational excellence: we’re creating a reliable API layer on top of many old systems that don’t have APIs. It’s like building a skyscraper on quicksand, enforced by SLAs. We need to innovate in expanding the depth and breadth of our integrations while simultaneously increasing our development velocity. We need to be very creative in how to continually test our code and integrations, creating scalable testing frameworks that can catch edge cases and bugs across 1k+ endpoints.\n\n - Mix of back-end and front-end: we’re building front-end apps that dog-food our own APIs (e.g. Sync, Analytics). This helps us build world-class APIs because we suffer any pain present in our API. We’re building both the lego blocks and the higher-level lego models: we see what kinds of APIs our SaaS customers want, then also look at the kinds of API niceties we want for our own applications (like a caching layer, advanced filtering) and implement a combination of the two.\n\n - Variety: without knowing, you might assume adding a new integration is low-ambiguity and routine. But each integration we launch is special, completely different and posing unique challenges. This requires researching that system and its nuances in great depth before building on top of it. It’s part engineering, part archeology.\n\n\n\n\nBENEFITS\n\nCompensation\n\n - Equity: competitive equity, so you share in the upside you’re helping create.\n\n - Performance Bonuses: we offer annual performance bonuses when we hit company growth goals. We also cover a healthy portion of dependent costs.\n\n - HSA: a $100/month company contribution to your HSA.\n\n - Parental leave: up to 12 weeks of paid leave for all new parents, including adoptive and foster parents\n\n\n\nWhere you work\n\n - Relocation: a sizable bonus if you’re moving to the Bay Area, plus an extra bonus for anyone (even current Bay Area residents) who moves within a 15-minute walk of our office.\n\n - Commuter benefits: pre-tax contributions toward commuting costs, and we cover the full cost of a Muni pass if you take public transit.\n\n - Office visits: company-sponsored trips to our SF HQ at least every other month. For remote teammates, we schedule trips to overlap during “remote visit” weeks so you get real time with the team.\n\n - Visa sponsorship: we sponsor visas (H1B, TN, etc.) for candidates who are a good fit.\n\nPerks\n\n - Food: breakfast and dinner stipends through DoorDash, plus a kitchen stocked with coffee, snacks, and drinks.\n\n - Gym: on-site gym with Peloton, squat rack, Tempo, Yoga setup, and more.\n \n \n\n\nOUR OFFICE\n\n - We've built Agave in-person since day 1, and will maintain an in-person culture in San Francisco going forward for candidates in the Bay Area. We also will provide a significant relocation bonus for candidates who want to move to the Bay Area.\n\n - Our office is at 101 New Montgomery Street, San Francisco, right near Salesforce Park, coffee shops & restaurants, and a bustling downtown. We believe building in-person is a huge strategic advantage, and we hope you’ll join us.\n \n \n\n\nABOUT THE INTERVIEW PROCESS\n\nAt each stage, we decide within 24hrs and update you shortly after.\n\n - Intro (15min): informal chat for you to learn more about the role. We'll ask for details on past projects. We want to know that you can code, and speak about your work clearly. You’re welcome to ask lots of questions about whether working at Agave makes sense for you.\n\n - Coding (50min): you'll meet with one of our Founding SWEs. They’ll ask you 1-2 coding questions in your language of preference. We’ll test how you write, test, and debug solutions, and identify tradeoffs.\n\n - Customer Needs Problem (50min): we'll ask you to design a feature to meet a customer need based on one of our actual application components. You'll do the work to understand the requirements, translate those to specs, and iterate on the solution as you learn more about the customer's needs. This will intentionally have more ambiguity than a typical coding-style question.\n\n - On-site [In-Person in SF, we pay for the trip]: a real-world coding exercise based on a ticket, using a coding assistant, with check-ins with our engineers throughout the day. The day also includes lunch with the team and ends with a behavioral interview.\n\n\n\n \n\n","compensation":{"compensationTierSummary":"$130K – $160K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus","scrapeableCompensationSalarySummary":"$130K - $160K","compensationTiers":[{"id":"09e3ffd3-e1d3-4a84-bea8-a59c98b231b3","tierSummary":"$130K – $160K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus","title":null,"additionalInformation":null,"components":[{"id":"1d5b5d27-985c-4962-bd42-183c2ff0ae6e","summary":"Offers Equity","compensationType":"EquityPercentage","interval":"NONE","currencyCode":null,"minValue":null,"maxValue":null},{"id":"57c2ddae-6dbe-4c6a-983b-0cf6e3189893","summary":"Offers Bonus","compensationType":"Bonus","interval":"1 YEAR","currencyCode":"USD","minValue":null,"maxValue":null},{"id":"19d5984f-e319-401f-ac6f-de123b324b5d","summary":"$130K – $160K","compensationType":"Salary","interval":"1 YEAR","currencyCode":"USD","minValue":130000,"maxValue":160000}]}],"summaryComponents":[{"compensationType":"EquityPercentage","interval":"NONE","currencyCode":null,"minValue":null,"maxValue":null},{"compensationType":"Bonus","interval":"1 YEAR","currencyCode":"USD","minValue":null,"maxValue":null},{"compensationType":"Salary","interval":"1 YEAR","currencyCode":"USD","minValue":130000,"maxValue":160000}]}},{"id":"1741bdd8-8836-4d0d-8d52-a9699401fd75","title":"Engineering Manager","department":"Engineering","team":"Engineering","employmentType":"FullTime","location":"San Francisco","shouldDisplayCompensationOnJobPostings":true,"secondaryLocations":[],"publishedAt":"2026-10-28T18:13:41.476+00:00","isListed":true,"isRemote":false,"workplaceType":"OnSite","address":{"postalAddress":{"postalCode":"94105","addressRegion":"California","streetAddress":"101 New Montgomery Street","addressCountry":"United States","addressLocality":"San Francisco"}},"jobUrl":"https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/Agave/1741bdd8-8836-4d0d-8d52-a9699401fd75","applyUrl":"https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/Agave/1741bdd8-8836-4d0d-8d52-a9699401fd75/application","descriptionHtml":"
About the role

tl;dr: Fresh off a $15M Series A led by Accel (total funding now $20M+), Agave is experiencing hockey-stick growth. We’ll ask for details on past projects. We want to know that you can speak about your work clearly. You’re welcome to ask lots of questions about whether working at Agave makes sense for you.\n\nCustomer Needs Problem (50min): we’ll ask you to design a feature to meet a customer need based on one of our actual application components. You’ll do the work to understand the requirements, translate those to specs, and iterate on the solution as you learn more about the customer’s needs. This will intentionally have more ambiguity than a typical coding-style question.\n\nCoaching Problem (50min): you’ll do a coaching roleplay with one of our team members, working through a realistic situation with an engineer on your team. We want to see how you listen, give direct feedback, and help someone grow.\n\nOn-site (60min x 5, all 1:1 interviews) [In-Person in SF, we pay for the trip]: you’ll interview with each co-founder and engineering managers This will be a deeper dive into your technical abilities and overall fit. Each interview is 1hr, 45min for our questions and 15min for yours.","compensation":{"compensationTierSummary":"$200K – $260K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus • Sign-on bonus, company-based performance bonus","scrapeableCompensationSalarySummary":"$200K - $260K","compensationTiers":[{"id":"07cb4a56-1379-45b3-858b-b5e4399f25f3","tierSummary":"$200K – $260K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus • Sign-on bonus, company-based performance bonus","title":null,"additionalInformation":"Sign-on bonus, company-based performance bonus","components":[{"id":"cf689773-2f89-4c3b-b1f3-63d9e9e9c622","summary":"Offers Equity","compensationType":"EquityPercentage","interval":"NONE","currencyCode":null,"minValue":null,"maxValue":null},{"id":"a375e6cd-5967-4174-b227-e105139470a3","summary":"$200K – $260K","compensationType":"Salary","interval":"1 YEAR","currencyCode":"USD","minValue":200000,"maxValue":260000},{"id":"84693c93-8f6b-410c-bb9a-1e308753dd18","summary":"Offers Bonus","compensationType":"Bonus","interval":"1 YEAR","currencyCode":"USD","minValue":null,"maxValue":null}]}],"summaryComponents":[{"compensationType":"EquityPercentage","interval":"NONE","currencyCode":null,"minValue":null,"maxValue":null},{"compensationType":"Salary","interval":"1 YEAR","currencyCode":"USD","minValue":200000,"maxValue":260000},{"compensationType":"Bonus","interval":"1 YEAR","currencyCode":"USD","minValue":null,"maxValue":null}]}}],"apiVersion":"1"}
