Customer Support & Technical Troubleshooting

Validate database version compatibility across supported engines and releases, maintain testing environments, and reproduce customer-reported behavior on real database and warehouse instances.
Support customers writing to data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), data lakes and object storage (S3, GCS, Azure Blob, Databricks, Iceberg), and databases (Postgres, MySQL, MSSQL, ClickHouse), including schema evolution and typed-columns behavior.

Airbyte is looking for an Engineering Manager, Platform to lead the team responsible for the infrastructure, tooling, and engineering systems that power Airbyte Cloud, Airbyte Flex, and Airbyte Agents.
As an Engineering Manager on the Platform team, you'll lead the engineers responsible for cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, CI/CD, observability, reliability, and the internal tooling that powers engineering velocity across the company. Deep expertise with React and TypeScript.

You'll be the infrastructure and reliability engineer on the Data Replication team - a full-stack product team running over 3 million sync jobs a week powering thousands of data use cases across multiple regions and clouds. You’ll build and maintain the infrastructure, set reliability standards, drive down incidents, and make it easier and safer for engineers to ship through tooling. Airbyte is seeking an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join our growing sales organization. In this role, you will own a defined portfolio of accounts and be responsible for generating, progressing, and closing new business across Airbyte’s product offerings.
You will work a mix of qualified inbound opportunities and strategically selected target accounts while building relationships and creating demand across your territory. You will primarily engage with data, engineering, and technology organizations, working with stakeholders ranging from data engineers and developers to Heads of Data, Engineering leaders, CTOs, and CIOs.
A successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple sales cycles, learning complex technical concepts, and connecting customer challenges to clear business outcomes. A foundational understanding of cloud infrastructure, the modern data stack, APIs, data integration, and database replication is strongly preferred. Candidates with a demonstrated ability to quickly develop technical and industry knowledge will also be considered.
This is a new-business-focused role with meaningful expansion potential. Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through technical evaluation, proposal, negotiation, procurement, and closed-won.

As Airbyte's Accounting Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day of our accounting operations and reporting - and you’ll help us rebuild how that work gets done, replacing manual processes and outsourced accounting firm dependencies with clean, automated, in-house workflows.
We currently run a lean model with an outsourced accounting firm and a Senior Accountant. You’ll manage both, and over time help us bring accounting back in-house - taking ownership of more of the function as you go. Run the month-end close, and continuously shorten and automate it.
Manage a Senior Accountant and our outsourced accounting team, and help lead the transition of work in-house over time.
Prepare for and support external audits, including documentation, technical accounting memos, and internal controls.
Apply and help maintain technical accounting policies, including revenue recognition under ASC 606 and lease accounting under ASC 842.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize accounting systems and workflows - reducing manual work and building for scale.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Support to keep accounting accurate across our business systems.
Act as a thought partner to the Director of Finance on automating close and operations, including using AI where it drives real impact.
Grow into broader ownership of the accounting function as the business scales.
Perform and review detailed flux and variance analysis, identifying and proactively investigating unexpected trends or anomalies in our financials.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Ideally a Big 4 audit and startup combined background.
Working knowledge of US GAAP, including revenue recognition (ASC 606) and lease accounting (ASC 842).
Strong systems instincts - you’ve evaluated, implemented, or redesigned accounting workflows and tools, and you reach for automation before manual effort.

Hands-on experience with one or more AI frameworks
Exposure to AI agent frameworks and prompt engineering best practices is a strong plus.

3-5+ years of B2B sales experience within SaaS, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or data technology, including at least 1-2+ years selling into enterprise accounts.
A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quota in a new-business sales role.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
Experience using structured enterprise sales methodologies such as Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, and value-based selling.
A proven ability to uncover and quantify business pain, build compelling value propositions, establish urgency, and navigate enterprise decision-making processes.
Confidence engaging both technical practitioners and executive buyers.
The ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
Strong prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent organization, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline.
Direct experience with data infrastructure, cloud platforms, data integration, or the modern data stack is strongly preferred.
