About the Role
As Controller at Alchemy, you'll be responsible for building and leading our end-to-end accounting function.
Leading a growing team, you’ll be responsible for our core accounting operations, strengthening the systems and controls that support the business, and transforming complex financial information into clear insights for company leadership, our Board of Directors, and investors. The ideal candidate combines deep technical accounting expertise with strong business judgment. You’ll be equally comfortable setting the long-term direction of the function, partnering across the company, and rolling up your sleeves to solve challenging accounting and operational problems.
What You’ll Do
Set the strategy and long-term direction for Alchemy’s accounting function, systems, and team.
Assume full responsibility for routine financial operations, encompassing the general ledger, AP, AR, and reporting, while managing complex multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations for global operations, including our presence in Romania.
Own timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Ensure financial statements and accounting practices comply with US GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.
Architect and refine a scalable accounting infrastructure by managing and optimizing our core financial technology stack, including NetSuite, Orb, Zip, and Ramp.
Develop policies, procedures, and controls that promote financial accuracy, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strong risk management.
Oversee tax planning, compliance, and preparation in partnership with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Lead relationships with third-party accounting firms, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.
Develop and present reporting that gives company leaders meaningful insight into financial and operational performance, and partner with Finance on Board and investor reporting.
Distill complex financial information into clear recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Lead technical accounting and strategic initiatives, including revenue recognition, vendor analysis, customer analysis, and other special projects.
Collaborate closely with teams across Alchemy, including Finance, Operations, Sales, People, Engineering, and Product.
Lead, develop, and scale the capabilities of a high-performing accounting team, fostering ownership, rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with leadership experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Head of Accounting, Accounting Director, or similar senior accounting role.
Public accounting experience paired with meaningful in-house operating experience at a high-growth technology company.
Strong ownership of accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, consolidations, financial reporting, and close processes.
Deep technical accounting knowledge, including US GAAP and experience applying accounting guidance to complex business transactions.
Experience building scalable accounting systems, processes, policies, and internal controls with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.
Audit-readiness experience or strong ability to prepare a company for future audits, including documentation, controls, reporting infrastructure, and close discipline.
Strong business judgment, with the ability to connect detailed accounting work to broader company strategy and decision-making.
Hands-on operating style, comfortable rolling up their sleeves in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and explain complex financial topics clearly to leadership, Board members, investors, and cross-functional partners.
People leadership experience, including leading, developing, and raising the bar for an accounting team.
Nice to Haves
CPA strongly preferred.
Experience in a high-growth startup or later-stage private company, ideally Series C/D/E.
NetSuite experience preferred but not required.
Experience with billing, procurement, and expense management systems.
Experience with crypto, digital assets, blockchain, or web3 is a plus, but not required.

As a Commercial AE at Alchemy, you will be pushing the entire blockchain industry forward by helping developers and companies accelerate their product development on our infrastructure. You will be responsible for owning the entire sales process and have the opportunity to partner with teammates across the company, including leadership and our founders. What You’ll Do
Building and owning the entire sales process, including negotiating and closing contracts, client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
Engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and explaining how the product solves their needs
Reaching out to new leads via various communication channels and getting them excited for an introductory call
Educating cryptocurrency companies about blockchain nodes and how to troubleshoot their infrastructure issues (We have plenty of resources to bring you up to speed)
Tracking, analyzing, and finding ways to improve campaigns and the sales process
Collaborate across our internal business and technology teams to drive the desired business outcomes for our customers
Refine and establish processes to support our business’s evolving needs
Demonstrated ability to develop long-term, trustworthy strategic relationships with senior level executives and technical individuals
Create & articulate compelling value propositions
Own, manage, and report using a CRM: ensure the system is up to date and that all relevant metrics are input
Provide customer feedback to the product and engineering teams and inform product development
Work with support and communicate with customers both pre and post-sales
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Respond and communicate quickly with customers

What we’re looking for
Ability to be in office in SF or NYC 3x a week
4+ years of quota-carrying experience in a client-facing Account Executive role selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS offerings to Enterprises and C-level stakeholders
Knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry
Self-starter attitude and the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy
Strong desire to work in sales at an early-stage startup
Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects to complex enterprise accounts
Experience driving technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies
Ability to operate independently and proactively in an effort to source and progress new business
Proficiency using CRM software, forecasting, and opportunity management
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
Capable of understanding of customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by technical services
Experience managing numerous requests and time demands concurrently

About the Role
As an Account Executive. You will be Alchemy’s tip of the spear in the Solana ecosystem — building, closing, and expanding partnerships with top apps, infra providers, and ecosystem players. About The Role
As a Product Designer you'll sit at the intersection of product design, product thinking, and front-end engineering—someone who can take early, ambiguous ideas and turn them into interactive, evaluable experiences fast, helping teams make better decisions sooner.
This role is front-end and systems-heavy, with a strong balance of hands-on building and product design partnership. You’ll help us scale and evolve Alchemy’s UI system—owning core components, patterns, and implementation quality—while also jumping into product work when needed to unblock teams and raise the craft bar.

What You'll Do
Build production-quality prototypes (and, when appropriate, ship production front-end code) to validate UX direction quickly—often on tight timelines.
Own and evolve Alchemy’s design system in practice: build and maintain reusable components, patterns, and interaction primitives that scale across products.

About the role
Self-serve is how Alchemy grows. The dashboard and the developer experience around it are the primary revenue engine for our flagship products: developers discover us, sign up, get to their first call, scale their usage, and upgrade largely without ever talking to a person. That funnel is one of the most direct levers on company-level revenue we have, and this role owns it.
It's also changing fast. A growing share of developers now reach Alchemy through an AI coding agent rather than a browser tab, and we expect agent-mediated usage to become the dominant way our platform is consumed. Building for that shift, our MCP server, agent skills, and AI-native onboarding, sits squarely in this role.
You'll run the dashboard as a product, own the self-serve growth engine, and set the experimentation and measurement standard for growth across the company, partnering with Node APIs, Data APIs, Wallets, Transaction Engine, Growth Marketing, and Billing, and spending meaningful time with customers.
What you'll own
The dashboard. Own signup, app creation, first key, first call, usage and CU visibility, upgrade paths, team management, and the observability developers need to debug their own traffic.
Developer experience end to end. Docs, SDKs, quickstarts, error messages, sandbox and testnet flows, and the first hour of every integration. Reduce time to first successful call, then time to first paid workload.
Own product-led growth end to end. Design the developer journey from docs, to first API call, to first paid workload, to scaled production spend. Instrument it, find the drop-offs, fix them.
Agent experience (AX). Make Alchemy the default infrastructure an AI coding agent reaches for. Own how our MCP server, agent skills, and machine readable docs perform inside Claude Code, Cursor, and whatever comes next.
Experimentation. Building the A/B and holdout tooling, running pricing, packaging, and onboarding tests, and creating a habit of shipping and learning weekly rather than quarterly.
The truth. Get into the warehouse yourself. Build the funnel, find the cohort that doesn't behave like the average, and bring back the answer nobody wanted to hear.
What we're looking for
10+ years in product, with deep time on developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure, and direct ownership of a dashboard or console that developers use daily.
Proven product-led growth leadership: you've owned a self-serve funnel at scale and can show what you moved, by how much, and how you know it was you.
Rigorous experimentation practice. You know the difference between a lift and a fluke, you size tests before you run them, and you've built the culture as much as the tooling.
Genuinely analytical. Data Analysis is a normal Tuesday. You can build the model, audit the instrumentation, catch the bad join, and defend the number in front of the exec team.
Truth seeking. You'd rather be corrected in week one than right in a deck in week twelve. You go looking for the disconfirming data.
Cross functional gravity. You've driven outcomes across engineering, design, docs, marketing, sales, and finance without owning any of them.
Customer facing by instinct. You run your own discovery calls, sit in support channels, and can walk a CTO through an integration and a pricing model in the same meeting.
Technical enough to build with our own APIs, prototype with AI agents, and read the code when the answer isn't in the dashboard.

About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to shape where Alchemy invests growth: full-funnel, from self-serve signup all the way through the enterprise sales funnel. This is a high-ownership, strategic seat. You'll decide, each cycle, where our marketing dollars and headcount go for the highest return, and you'll have real influence over the tactics we run to get there.
This role has real breadth. You'll own the channel mix we run today, paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO, a lifecycle program we're just getting off the ground, and our website, and you'll decide where each of those gets more or less investment based on what's actually driving signups and pipeline. You'll also go looking for what's next: new channels worth testing as the audience and the industry evolve, and product-led signals worth turning into a marketing motion. And you'll bring visibility to parts of the funnel we can't see well today, both self-serve and the enterprise sales flow, so the whole company can make better calls on where to spend.
This is a senior, strategic role. We're looking for someone who's already built full-funnel growth measurement from scratch at a developer-focused B2B company, and who knows how to rank channels by ROI and act on it. You won't be building a growth program from zero, you'll be evolving one: an AI-powered SEO/AEO system already in production, a defined tool stack, and agencies already engaged. You'll decide what stays, what goes, and where you build a team to get us to the next level of growth maturity.
What You’ll Do

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Finance team and take ownership of daily AP activities, including accurate invoice coding, timely payments, vendor support, and reconciliations.
Reporting to our Procurement Manager, you’ll partner with Accounting and teams across Alchemy to keep our procure-to-pay process running smoothly across Zip, NetSuite, and Ramp. You’ll help strengthen existing processes, troubleshoot issues independently, and identify opportunities to improve how we work. This role requires attention to detail, dependability, and proactive communication.
This role will work a hybrid schedule in our San Francisco, California or New York, New York Office. We offer generous in-office food and commuter benefits. Both offices have state of the art gym facilities available to employees.
Manage the AP inbox, promptly process incoming invoices and requests, and serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and internal teams.
Review, enter, classify, and code vendor invoices in Zip and NetSuite, ensuring complete documentation, appropriate approvals, and purchase order matching where applicable.
Prepare payment batches for review and approval, monitor payment deadlines, and follow up on outstanding approvals or missing information.
Support vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor records, including tax forms, addresses, payment terms, and verified banking information.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, duplicate charges, missing credits, and payment issues; escalate exceptions when needed.
Review employee expenses and corporate card transactions in Ramp for accurate coding, receipts, approvals, and policy compliance.
Reconcile AP activity and balances with the general ledger, investigate differences, and ensure invoices, credits, and payments are properly recorded.
Support month-end close by identifying unrecorded invoices and potential accruals and preparing supporting schedules for Accounting.
Maintain vendor tax documentation, including W-9s, and support annual 1099 preparation.
Follow established approval and payment controls, including verification procedures for vendor banking changes.
Maintain organized records and provide AP documentation for internal reviews and external audits.
Support system updates, workflow improvements, and other projects affecting procurement, expenses, accounts payable, and FP&A.
2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting operations role, with hands-on responsibility for invoice processing and vendor support.
Curiosity about how processes work and initiative to make them better.
A solid understanding of invoice coding, purchase orders, payment terms, reconciliations, and basic accrual accounting.
Experience with accounting or ERP systems and the ability to learn new P2P, payment, and AI tools.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and reconciling data across reports.
Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a habit of checking your work.
The ability to manage recurring deadlines, prioritize competing requests, and follow through independently.

You’ll help strengthen existing processes, troubleshoot issues independently, and identify opportunities to improve how we work. We are hiring a software engineer on the Developer Experience team. You will own projects from the first problem statement through production, and measure whether they worked.

Build and run the internal data platform that helps Alchemy understand product usage, revenue, and the cost of serving customers. The existing Data Engineer intake centers on ingestion, Snowflake operations, workflow orchestration, data quality, and collaboration with analytics partners.
You will own ingestion, schema changes, and checks that show whether shared datasets are current and correct. You will work with analytics engineers and data scientists to define those datasets for reporting, analysis, and AI-assisted tools.
Build batch and streaming pipelines that connect operational databases, product events, billing systems, and external sources to the internal data platform.
Make ingestion recoverable through change-data capture, schema-change handling, idempotent processing, and safe backfills.
Operate and improve Snowflake, including access controls, workload management, query performance, and compute and storage costs.
Improve orchestration and deployment workflows so engineers can test, ship, and debug pipelines safely.
Build data-quality checks that detect stale, missing, duplicated, or inconsistent records before they reach downstream consumers.
Work with analytics partners on shared data models, source definitions, and documentation. Make dataset ownership and upstream dependencies clear.
Reduce recurring manual work and build reusable tools for self-service data access.
Participate in production support and incident response for pipelines and the data platform. Restore data flow, reconcile affected datasets, and fix the causes of recurring failures.

Handle reorganizations, retries, duplicate events, and historical backfills without silently losing or corrupting data.

We’re looking for a remote Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Finance team and take ownership of daily AP activities, including accurate invoice coding, timely payments, vendor support, and reconciliations.
Reporting to our Procurement Manager, you’ll partner with Accounting and teams across Alchemy to keep our procure-to-pay process running smoothly across Zip, NetSuite, and Ramp. You’ll help strengthen existing processes, troubleshoot issues independently, and identify opportunities to improve how we work. This role requires attention to detail, dependability, and proactive communication.
While this role is remote we do get together as a team on occasion so a willingness to travel a couple times a year will be needed. Some time during your onboarding period you will be invited to our headquarters in San Francisco, California.
Manage the AP inbox, promptly process incoming invoices and requests, and serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and internal teams.
Review, enter, classify, and code vendor invoices in Zip and NetSuite, ensuring complete documentation, appropriate approvals, and purchase order matching where applicable.
Prepare payment batches for review and approval, monitor payment deadlines, and follow up on outstanding approvals or missing information.
Support vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor records, including tax forms, addresses, payment terms, and verified banking information.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, duplicate charges, missing credits, and payment issues; escalate exceptions when needed.
Review employee expenses and corporate card transactions in Ramp for accurate coding, receipts, approvals, and policy compliance.
Reconcile AP activity and balances with the general ledger, investigate differences, and ensure invoices, credits, and payments are properly recorded.
Support month-end close by identifying unrecorded invoices and potential accruals and preparing supporting schedules for Accounting.
Maintain vendor tax documentation, including W-9s, and support annual 1099 preparation.
Follow established approval and payment controls, including verification procedures for vendor banking changes.
Maintain organized records and provide AP documentation for internal reviews and external audits.
Support system updates, workflow improvements, and other projects affecting procurement, expenses, accounts payable, and FP&A.
2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting operations role, with hands-on responsibility for invoice processing and vendor support.
Curiosity about how processes work and initiative to make them better.
A solid understanding of invoice coding, purchase orders, payment terms, reconciliations, and basic accrual accounting.
Experience with accounting or ERP systems and the ability to learn new P2P, payment, and AI tools.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and reconciling data across reports.
Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a habit of checking your work.

Summary

You’ll anticipate the needs of the local leadership team, enabling the organization to stay focused on building a world-changing company.\n\nIn addition to being organized and analytical, you also have great communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.\n\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\n - General responsibilities:\n \n - Provide administrative support to the Site Leadership Team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.\n \n - Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for site leadership members as needed.\n \n - Manage correspondence and communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.\n \n - Assist in organizing on-site and virtual events, town halls, and leadership meetings.\n \n - Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation relevant to site leadership activities.\n \n - Act as a liaison between site leadership and internal/external stakeholders.\n \n - Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with HR and leadership.\n \n - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.\n\n - Specialized support for investment operations:\n \n - Collaborate closely with the designated leadership member involved in the company’s ventures arm to support the investment process.\n \n - Conduct background information check on teams from investments decks;\n \n - Utilize artificial intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to synthesize and summarize data.\n \n - Assist in coordinating and preparing materials for investment-related meetings, calls, and due diligence processes.\n \n - Monitor and ensure timely responses to inquiries related to investment opportunities.\n\n\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\n\n - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.\n\n - 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.\n\n - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian.\n\n - Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in leveraging them to improve efficiency, automate routine tasks, and find smarter ways of working\n\n - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspaces\n\n - Experience in event planning or project management\n\n - Highly organized, analytical, and flexible with shifting priorities\n\n - Strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions, both internal and external\n\n - Ability to anticipate challenges before they arise and are known as a master organizer and sounding board.
