The Role
As our Compliance Analyst in Mexico, you'll support the local compliance program, helping ensure adherence to both local and international AML/CFT standards. You'll monitor regulatory developments, assist with investigations, and help maintain ARQ's relationship with regulators, auditors, and banking partners.

The Role
As our Junior Lawyer in Brazil, you'll provide legal and regulatory support across three areas: the company's obligations as a regulated provider of virtual asset operations, payment institution, and compliance with investment advisory obligations before the local capital markets regulator.
This is a hands-on role: you'll track regulatory compliance, help prepare filings and submissions to the relevant authorities, and work with compliance, product, regulatory reporting and business teams to keep legal requirements embedded in day-to-day operations.

What you'll need
3-6 years of experience as an entrepreneur in a VC backed company, a top tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey), or in a top tier investment bank (bulge bracket)
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to bond with critical partners and manage customers needing support
Excellent organisation, being able to find information about all areas of the company
Resourceful, with maximum attention to detail and due diligence
Strong analytical skills and taste for aesthetics
Ability to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless and a proven closer - you don’t take no for an answer
Business fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus

We're hiring a Product Owner to build and own ARQ's operating system: the company-wide KPI platform, the employee directory it runs on, and the back-office tools that let ARQ grow and stay efficient. ARQ barely pays for external software anymore. The systems we run on are the ones we build ourselves, and this role owns them.
You'll work directly with the founders, engineers, and department leads across the company. The mandate isn't to patch together basic internal tools. It's to own the platforms that ARQ runs on end-to-end.
Owning the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of ARQ's operating system end-to-end.
Shipping the company-wide KPI platform that the founders, board, and every department use to run ARQ.
Building out the employee directory: profiles, org chart, people-to-KPI attribution, integration with our HR stack.
Driving department leads across the company to define, commit to, and report against the KPIs that matter for their area.
Partnering with back-office engineering on schema and architecture decisions to make the platforms scale together.
Tracking adoption and usage, iterating fast based on internal feedback.
2 to 5 years of experience with 2+ years experience at a top technology company.

As part of our Compliance Operations team, you’ll lead key workstreams within the day-to-day U.S. compliance program across BSA/AML, consumer financial protection, and applicable banking, payments and card-network requirements. You’ll monitor regulatory developments, translate requirements into practical controls, manage investigations, and serve as a key liaison with regulators, auditors, and banking partners
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be responsible for AML investigations and suspicious activity reporting and collaborate with risk, operations, and product teams to embed compliance into everyday processes.
Transaction Monitoring and Financial Crime Investigations: Review and disposition transaction-monitoring alerts; investigate unusual or potentially suspicious activity; and prepare well-supported SAR recommendations and escalation memos. Review sanctions, PEP, and other high-risk escalations, maintaining clear and audit-ready case documentation.
Consumer Compliance: Translate applicable U.S. federal and state consumer-financial laws, regulations and card-network requirements into practical procedures and controls. Provide guidance on customer communications, disclosures, marketing, complaints, disputes, error resolution and servicing practices.
Product Compliance Advisory: Advise Product, Operations, Legal and Engineering throughout product development and change-management processes. Identify compliance risks, define requirements, review proposed customer experiences and controls, and support the compliant launch of new products, features and partnerships.
Control and Process Improvement: Identify gaps and improve KYC/KYB, transaction-monitoring, sanctions-screening and regulatory-reporting processes. Use alert volumes, false-positive rates, QA findings and emerging typologies to recommend more effective and scalable controls.
Stakeholder Management: Support audits, examinations and information requests, and act as a day-to-day compliance contact for banking partners and internal stakeholders. Prepare accurate, audit-ready documentation and escalate material issues to Compliance leadership.
3-5 years in US financial crime or compliance operations at a fintech, bank, MSB, payments company, or a consultancy's practice
Hands-on alert disposition experience: transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or KYC/CDD case review
Knowledge and ability to drive US consumer protection rules across the product offering

We're hiring a Growth Manager for Partnerships to own and scale ARQ's performance-based partnerships channel in Brazil. You will be a deal-closing machine. You'll hunt for new partners across a wide range of profiles: content creators, financial advisors and consultants, points and miles programs, or any channel willing to be paid variably by performance - negotiate and close deals, get them activated fast, and keep pushing for volume.
Partner Sourcing: Hunt and prospect new partners across content creators, financial advisors and consultants, points and miles programs, and other relevant channels - using your judgment to determine where to focus.
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate, and close partnership agreements based on variable, performance-based compensation models, including CPA and revenue share.
Partner Activation: Onboard new partners and drive them to launch, publish, and begin generating activated users as quickly as possible.
Relationship Management: Own the ongoing partner relationship, pushing for volume, resolving issues, maintaining engagement, and managing the partner-payment process.
Performance Optimization: Monitor results by partner and channel, using data to discontinue what is not working and invest further in the partnerships delivering the strongest results.
Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Legal and Finance to structure and operate partnerships in accordance with applicable LGPD, CONAR, tax, and other regulatory requirements in Brazil.
3-6 years of experience in BizDev, sales, or partnerships; ideally at a high-growth startup, fintech, or with a network in financial services/creator economy in Brazil.
We are also open to candidates with strong strategic consultancy background who are eager to take direct ownership of commercial partnerships end to end.
Fluency in English communication as well as Portuguese.
