Partner with Technical Success to ensure complex accounts are scoped, de-risked, and technically healthy
Work with Success Operations to translate intelligence and risk signals into commercial action
Deliver pipeline, forecast, and retention reporting to senior leadership, driving accountability and surfacing risks and opportunities in real time.

Qualifications:
6+ years in customer success, account management, or commercial roles, with 3+ years managing teams
A track record of owning a retention or expansion metric (NRR, GRR, or similar)
Experience building or scaling commercial playbooks and operating cadences
Strong analytical skills and comfort working from data and customer signals
Excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to influence cross-functionally
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment
Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $187k - $240k. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
Location:
For this role, Bubble is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US and are within the New York City metro area. Candidates who are not local must be willing to relocate for the role. This is a hybrid role — in office 3 days a week.

Design and implement observability across core parts of the system, define and implement SLOs, and work on an observability platform that exposes performance characteristics to end users
Support billions of requests across a platform that supports arbitrary end user applications by designing, building, and iterating on core backbone services.
Build the workflow engine and scale the data tier to ensure reliability and scalability, supporting high-volume ingest, export, and workflows for diverse direct-to-consumer applications
Build our next-generation cloud infrastructure, enhancing reliability, scalability, and availability, along with the foundational services and tools required to support it
Participate in our triage and on-call process (along with the rest of the engineering team) to quickly diagnose and resolve issues, and implement the changes that will stop their recurrence
About you:
Current senior engineer, or highly experienced engineer with 5+ years of experience in software development
Understanding and hands-on experience with scalable distributed systems, including proficiency in languages and tools such as Node.js, Rust, PostgreSQL, Kafka and Terraform (AWS experience is a plus)
Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing and supporting solutions that scale to complex and high-traffic applications

We’re expanding our AI Engineering Team to build next-generation AI-powered development workflows—enabling users to describe their applications in natural language and have AI generate, modify, and enhance their apps seamlessly.
As an Applied AI Engineer, you will help define and ship the future of AI-powered development at Bubble. This is an engineering role, not a research role. What You'll Do:
Design and build agentic workflows that enable multi-step AI-driven app generation for real users at scale.
Improve LLM reasoning and retrieval techniques to enhance Bubble’s AI-powered development tools.
Build and maintain production LLM pipelines—including prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and latency optimization.
Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for AI-assisted app-building workflows using proprietary Bubble datasets.
Own AI feature quality end-to-end: from prototype through eval, deployment, and monitoring.
Work closely with the AI team to scale AI research into production systems.
About you:
5+ years of industry experience as a Software or Machine Learning Engineer, or a Master’s/PhD in AI, ML, or NLP with 3+ years of production experience.
A track record of shipping LLM-powered features in production—not just API integrations, but real systems with evals, monitoring, and iteration.
Hands-on experience building agentic AI workflows and debugging multi-step agent failures.
Strong command of RAG, context engineering, and retrieval pipeline design.
Experience with transformer models, embeddings, and AI model evaluation.
Proficiency in Python for AI/ML work and comfort working in a TypeScript/Node.js codebase.
Familiarity with tools like Hugging Face, LangChain, or Mastra.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, product-minded approach.

About the Core Developer Experience team:
The Core Developer Experience (DX) Pod is a new team dedicated to improving the productivity, quality, and satisfaction of engineers working on Bubble’s core product and monolith. Our mission is to modernize the developer environment, reduce friction in day-to-day workflows, and unlock sustainable long-term velocity for the entire Core org.

About the role:
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Developer Experience Pod, you’ll lead technical projects that improve how engineers build, test, and ship code at Bubble. You’ll take ownership of complex initiatives, from shaping technical designs through execution, and ensure they deliver measurable improvements to developer velocity, performance, or satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the pod’s technical lead and engineering manager to prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with other teams to roll out changes that scale beyond the pod itself.
This role is hands-on but also highly collaborative: you’ll mentor teammates, set standards for high-quality code and maintainable architectures, and help establish best practices that raise the bar across Core engineering.
As a Senior Software Engineer for CoreDX, you’ll focus on:
Migrating off legacy frameworks and introducing modern frontend tooling

Reducing test suite runtime and improving reliability of developer-facing tests

About The Role:

Qualifications We Need

We’re seeking a Director of Product Design to lead the product design team. This role reports to the VP, Product and will be responsible for building the team, putting in place design processes, refining our design system, iterating on our design vision, and more. In order to accomplish our ambition of becoming the leading AI visual development platform, it needs to be easy to learn Bubble and intuitive to go from idea to production-ready app on the platform, and this role will lead the charge in getting us there.
In This Role You'll:
Lead a team of talented product designers, identifying development and growth opportunities and providing regular coaching and feedback
Drive product design hiring, including defining the hiring and interview plan and leading the interview process
Establish product design best practices and processes across product discovery and delivery
Ensure the team is operating efficiently in exploring and validating designs, and scoping and iterating on launches
Refine Bubble’s design system, ensuring it is modern, intuitive, and applied consistently across the product

10+ years of product design experience working on challenging UX problems, including experience in PLG SaaS
5+ years experience leading design teams, ideally having scaled teams in a high-growth startup environment
Excited about AI and no-code development, with prior experience a nice-to-have
Track record of recruiting world-class senior talent and developing high-performing teams
Deep experience guiding teams through user research, design exploration & refinement, and iteration
Passion for putting in place design best practices and systems to enable teams to scale effectively
Ability to make pragmatic prioritization, scope, and design decisions while balancing user needs, design vision, and business objectives

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of strategic accounts across their full lifecycle: land, expand, and renew. Drive steady-state engagement through monthly signal-driven check-ins and QBRs with executive attendance
Identify expansion opportunities to the CSQL threshold and hand off to Account Management for commercial close
Manage renewals starting 90 days out, with plays segmented by account health (green: formality; yellow: joint with Head of Renewals; red: escalated recovery)
Partner with Technical Success on escalations and architecture health, and surface customer feedback to Product
Jump in wherever needed — we're a small, scrappy team and everyone pitches in beyond their core role.
Qualifications:
3+ years in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role
Experience managing renewals and contributing to retention or expansion outcomes
Strong relationship-building and executive communication skills
Analytical mindset; comfortable using product and account signals to prioritize
A customer-centric approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:

About the team and role:
The AI team is responsible for the generation of new Bubble apps and the in-editor agent that allows users to edit, debug, and learn about their apps. The team is focused in the following areas:
AI foundation: Ensuring Bubble AI has the agentic foundations to build Bubble apps effectively.
Building with AI: Ensuring Bubble AI has the context and tools to build functional & polished Bubble apps.

The AI team is currently splitting into two pods and we plan to add a third in the near future. This role will oversee one of these pods - driving roadmap and execution for that area - working closely with the current Senior PM on the AI team. We will match the candidate with the AI pod and focus area(s) that are the best fit.
In addition to driving our end user facing AI capabilities forward, this role will have an opportunity to help shape how our team leverages AI internally to accelerate product and development.
In this role, you'll:
Drive the product strategy, OKRs, and roadmap for an AI focus area
Drive product initiatives from concept through delivery, balancing long-term thinking with near-term execution
Partner closely with design and engineering in product discovery and delivery, and with marketing and success in go-to-market
Leverage AI to accelerate prototyping, research and validation, engineering & GTM hand-off, and more
Conduct user research to validate product opportunities, and use evals and feedback to iterate on the experience
Clearly scope MVPs and make informed prioritization decisions while maintaining high standards
Mentor junior members of the team and help shape product team processes and best practices
Get hands-on building with Bubble to become an expert on our platform
About you:
5-8+ years of product management experience including experience building AI products and working on end user facing products at scale
Experience shaping evidenced-based roadmaps and leading high-impact projects from discovery through launch and iteration
Strong technical fluency and hands-on experience designing, building, and improving the quality of AI products
Proficient using AI to accelerate product work, from capturing insights to generating documentation to creating prototypes
Strong product judgment: you can spot high-impact opportunities and turn them into concrete, actionable plans
Experience working with design to find intuitive and easy to use solutions to complex UX problems
Comfortable partnering with engineering: You engage on technical tradeoffs and help shape implementation decisions

We serve as the bridge between customer needs and our platform, providing technical guidance, architecture reviews, and product support through high-touch, consultative interactions. As Manager, Technical Success, you'll lead a team of Senior and standard Technical Success Managers as a player-coach. You'll define the best practices and processes that ensure the team delivers the highest level of technical value to customers and internal partners. You'll own key-customer GRR and the rate at which strategic customers achieve key technical outcomes. The TSM team supports both the Account Management upgrade motion (pre-sale solutioning) and the Customer Success lifecycle (technical depth, onboarding setup, WU optimization, and escalation). You'll report directly to the VP of Success.

Own key-customer GRR and the technical-outcome metrics you define with Product
Ensure a technical read on every Enterprise upgrade prospect before outreach, and co-author the technical sections of proposals
Drive onboarding setup, Workload Unit (WU) optimization, and quarterly architecture reviews for strategic accounts
Own the escalation protocol: triggered at 48hr+, business-critical, or infrastructure issues, with documented root cause and written close-out
Partner with Account Management, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to de-risk complex implementations
Qualifications:
5+ years of success management or technical customer-facing experience
At least one year of people management experience, with enthusiasm for a player-coach role
Experience owning a metric like CSAT, NPS, or TTL
Experience working with APIs and investigating application performance monitoring data
Has built an application or tool for the internet (Bubble experience strongly preferred)
Exceptional written and verbal skills; can translate complex solutions clearly and concisely
Thrives in the face of ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment; can commit to East Coast hours
What will help you excel in this role:
Prior experience building an app or startup on Bubble for yourself or a client
Experience in an organization that uses OKRs and emphasizes performance against metrics

You'll report directly to the VP of Success.\n\nThis would be a great opportunity for you if:\n\n - You're a technical Bubble expert who loves solving hard customer problems\n\n - You're excited to be a player-coach — leading a team while staying hands-on\n\n - You want to own a key retention metric and the technical health of strategic accounts\n\n - You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy defining process where little exists\n\n\nIn this role, you'll:\n\n - Lead, coach, and develop the TSM team, defining best practices and operating standards\n\n - Own key-customer GRR and the technical-outcome metrics you define with Product\n\n - Ensure a technical read on every Enterprise upgrade prospect before outreach, and co-author the technical sections of proposals\n\n - Drive onboarding setup, Workload Unit (WU) optimization, and quarterly architecture reviews for strategic accounts\n\n - Own the escalation protocol: triggered at 48hr+, business-critical, or infrastructure issues, with documented root cause and written close-out\n\n - Partner with Account Management, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to de-risk complex implementations\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n - 5+ years of success management or technical customer-facing experience\n\n - At least one year of people management experience, with enthusiasm for a player-coach role\n\n - Experience owning a metric like CSAT, NPS, or TTL\n\n - Experience working with APIs and investigating application performance monitoring data\n\n - Has built an application or tool for the internet (Bubble experience strongly preferred)\n\n - Exceptional written and verbal skills; can translate complex solutions clearly and concisely\n\n - Thrives in the face of ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment; can commit to East Coast hours\n \n \n\nWhat will help you excel in this role:\n\n - Prior experience building an app or startup on Bubble for yourself or a client\n\n - Experience in an organization that uses OKRs and emphasizes performance against metrics\n\n\nCompensation:\nWe offer competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $136k - $176k. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.\n\nLocation:\nFor this role, Bubble is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US and are within the New York City metro area. Candidates who are not local must be willing to relocate for the role.
