You'll quarterback each deal end to end: build the business case, line up the right people on our side, and drive it to close - then expand.\n\nYou'll own your deals and play a central part in the broader enterprise motion - running the plays, surfacing what's working, and helping the whole effort get sharper as we scale it.\n\nWe're looking for someone who has closed enterprise SaaS before and can operate without a finished playbook. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B SaaS AE experience with a track record of landing and growing six-figure accounts. We're also open to a strong mid-market closer ready to move up-market who has the raw material and wants the bigger game.\n\n\n\nWhat you'll do\n\nOwn complex, multi-stakeholder deals end to end. Source and develop enterprise opportunities, run discovery, scope and orchestrate proof-of-concept work, build the business case, navigate procurement/security/legal, and close.\n\nSell to the whole buying committee. Creative directors, technical artists, ML engineers, IT/security, and procurement are often in the same deal. You'll tailor the story to each and keep them aligned.\n\nQuarterback the deal. Pull in the right internal partners for technical proof, PMs and engineering for roadmap questions, and leadership for executive sponsorship. You run the deal; you don't do it alone.\n\nLand and expand. The first contract is the beginning. Build account plans that grow seats, workloads, and use cases over time.\n\nContribute to the enterprise motion. The enterprise playbook at Comfy is still being written. You'll be in the thick of it - testing plays in your own deals, sharing what works, and helping sharpen how we sell at this segment.\n\nRamp deep on the product. ComfyUI has real depth. You won't be selling buzzwords; you'll be credible with technical buyers and know the product well enough to scope what's real.\n\nFeed customer signal back into the org. What enterprise buyers need, what blocks deals, what they wish existed - that signal shapes the roadmap.\n\n\n\nYou might be a good fit if\n\nYou've closed enterprise B2B SaaS - six-figure-plus deals with long, multi-threaded cycles. We care about deal evidence, not logos. Show us deals you ran and how you ran them.\n\nYou can multi-thread an org and build consensus across technical and non-technical buyers, all the way up to executive sponsors.\n\nYou're comfortable owning forecast and pipeline rigor on deals that take months and have many moving parts.\n\nYou can hold your own in a creative conversation. You don't need to be a ComfyUI power user, but you should be genuinely curious about the work our customers do.\n\nYou can work without a playbook. Most of what you do this year won't have a template. You'll make the call, document what worked, and keep moving.\n\nYou're honest about what's working and what isn't. We don't want a forecast that looks good. We want a forecast that's right.\n\n\n\nBonus if you have\n\nExperience selling AI, ML, dev tools, or creative SaaS into the enterprise.\n\nRelationships in the creative industry - studios, agencies, in-house brand teams, game/VFX.\n\nComfort with technical buyers (engineers, technical artists, ML practitioners) and with security/procurement processes at large orgs.\n\nFamiliarity with ComfyUI or adjacent generative AI tools.\n\nExperience selling in an early or still-forming enterprise motion, not just a mature one.\n\n\n\nNot a fit if\n\nYou can only operate inside a mature, fully-built enterprise playbook. Here you'll help write it.\n\nYou're a single-threaded closer who avoids procurement, security, and the harder parts of an enterprise cycle.\n\nYou're looking for a brand-name logo on your resume rather than the work itself.\n\nYou bristle at direct feedback. Our cycle is fast and our notes are direct.\n\n\n\nDon't count yourself out\n\nIf you don't tick every box above but you've got real deal evidence and you're hungry to sell at this level, apply anyway. Nobody checks every box. We care far more about the cycles you've actually run and the way you think than a perfect résumé match — and the best people we hire grow into the role as they go.\n\n\n\nCompensation: $250K – $350K OTE (base plus variable), with meaningful equity. Where you land in the band depends on experience. You’ve built workflows, encountered problems, and worked through them. You can explain your choices and help someone else learn.\n\n - Experience owning customer relationships at a technical SaaS, developer tools, creative software, or AI company—typically five or more years.\n\n - A track record of driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, with concrete examples of your contribution.\n\n - Experience building processes in an early-stage or rapidly growing business.\n\n - The ability to earn trust with both creative and technical stakeholders, from a production artist or VFX supervisor to a pipeline lead or CTO.\n\n - Comfort discussing models, custom nodes, APIs, and workflow dependencies. Coding experience is helpful; practical technical judgment is essential.\n\n - Clear communication, sound prioritization, and the ability to make progress when requirements are still taking shape.\n\nExperience in film, VFX, gaming, advertising, design, or other creative production environments is especially relevant. So is experience helping an open-source community adopt a commercial product.\n\n\nWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE\n\nCustomers reach useful production outcomes faster. Their teams can operate and adapt workflows confidently. Adoption risks surface early, and renewals and expansion follow from demonstrated value.\n\nInside Comfy, you’ll establish a repeatable customer success approach that helps us serve more customers while keeping a close understanding of their needs.\n\n\nABOUT COMFY\n\nComfy gives visual professionals the building blocks to connect models, processing steps, and outputs on an inspectable canvas.
