As an AI Product Manager, you’ll join a small, top-tier team where product is directly wired into the delivery of real concierge for real businesses. The best product work here starts with getting closer to the problem than anyone else.
You’ll be a technical, product-minded owner of business outcomes. You’ll shape the roadmap for our AI systems and orchestrate the agents that deliver client service at scale — and you’ll do whatever it takes to make those outcomes happen.
Your work would include:

Defining how our AI handles the long tail of ongoing client service: what gets automated, what gets escalated, and how quality stays high as volume grows
Answering the architectural questions that make service scalable: what should be an agent, what should be deterministic, what interfaces clients interact with, and how data flows through our systems
Prototyping fast — defining agent prompts and skills, standing up workflows with AI coding tools, and proving concepts before engineering hardens them
