Why this role exists
We hire for one thing: people who deliver high-value experiences, fast. Fast is not corner-cutting. It comes from two things we refuse to trade off.
Choosing the right experience. The judgment to know which problem is worth solving, so speed compounds instead of producing polished waste.

You run product and UX strategy. You frame the problem and prioritize for value; you own it end to end because no one is going to feed you a spec.

You're an interaction designer at the core. You think in prototypes and motion, not static frames. You show how something feels, not only how it looks.

We've processed 200,000+ clinical tests across 4 countries with a team of 20. We're growing 10% week over week. And we're still early.
We need engineers who build systems, not features, people who own outcomes end-to-end, orchestrate AI to execute, and raise the bar for everyone around them.
You won't spend your days writing boilerplate. You'll write specs that agents execute, review AI-generated code with a critical eye, and make decisions that compound over time. This is what engineering looks like now. If that excites you, keep reading.

What you could own:
Full-stack vertical ownership: from data model to API to UI, you hold the whole slice and make it production-grade
Algorithms: translate clinical science (in collaboration with our medical advisors) into reproducible, auditable code
System architecture: design scalable, HDS-compliant infrastructure on AWS (CDK/Terraform) that can handle 10× the load without rework. Maintaining strict compliance with HDS and GDPR regulations through robust security measures.
Engineering culture: run rituals, raise the bar, mentor through code review and spec quality
Driving engineering rituals. Driving continuous improvement through Agile development practices and cross-team collaboration. Ensuring the team stays on top of its game.
You’re passionate about the future of human health and want your work to help people stay healthy for longer. You move quickly from idea to execution, take full ownership of what you build, and work best with talented people who care as much as you do.

You've shipped at least one product from 0→1 and felt the difference between writing code and building a system

We're building AI agents that act as a doctor for preventive health — analyzing 110+ biomarkers, reasoning over clinical data, and delivering protocols that change how people age. The system works. Now we need to make it smarter, faster, and ready for millions of users.
As our AI Engineer, you own the reasoning engine: the agents, the retrieval pipelines, the clinical workflows, and the infrastructure that makes it all reliable in production. You work directly with our medical team to translate clinical knowledge into systems that actually behave like they understand it.
This isn't a research role. It's a build role. The gap between a great LLM demo and a trustworthy AI doctor is enormous — your job is to close it.
You could be responsible for
AI agent architecture — design and ship the multi-agent system behind our AI doctor: reasoning, planning, tool use, clinical citation, and safe fallback behavior
Retrieval & knowledge — vector infrastructure, embedding pipelines, RAG architecture over clinical literature and user health data. You know the difference between retrieval that works and retrieval that a clinician would trust
Data pipelines — ingestion and normalization from labs (Eurofins, Randox), wearables, and third-party partners. Clean data in, reliable inference out
Production reliability — LLM endpoints that reason correctly at scale, with observability, evals, and failure modes you've thought through before they happen
Medical collaboration — translate complex clinical requirements into agent workflows, working side by side with our medical advisors. You don't need to be a doctor, but you need to earn their trust

Lucis analyses more than 110 biomarkers, builds personalised clinical protocols, and delivers them through an AI-powered preventive health product.
As our Medical ops lead, you own how clinical work runs as we scale across Europe: workflows, labs and partners, turnaround, quality, review queues, and escalation. You ship with operators.
You work directly with the product lead, medical team, AI team, and operations team. You think like a clinician, operate like a builder, and use AI as a daily collaborator.
This is not a traditional care-delivery role. It is not a content or research role. You have already run medical ops (or equivalent: clinical quality, clinical programmes) in a scaled healthtech, diagnostics, pharma, or technology-enabled care environment — not only practiced at the bedside.
Design, document, and improve clinical workflows end-to-end: from blood draw and lab intake to results, review, and member follow-up
Own the relationship and operating rhythm with labs and partners: SLAs, turnaround times, incident handling, quality loops
Make sure clinical standards hold as we add labs, markets, and volume
Clear ownership across medical, product, AI, and operations
Continuous improvement from operational feedback and member outcomes
Build and run review and escalation processes so complex or sensitive cases move fast and safely
Reliable handoffs between reviewers, Medical Excellence, product, and ops
Coverage, prioritisation, and turnaround for the medical review queue
Clinical review and sign-off processes (ops side: who reviews what, by when, with what audit trail)
Quality-control systems, documentation standards, audit trails
Escalation and medical risk-management processes
Clinical performance indicators
Support rollout of new biomarkers, protocols, and AI features operationally — training, queues, partner readiness, go-live quality — without owning the clinical content itself
You are a clinician — MD or nurse — who has practiced, and who has also run medical operations, not only delivered care. You want clinical expertise to scale through systems, labs, and operators — not only through a waiting room.
You create structure in ambiguous environments. You move between clinical reasoning, operations, and technology. You don’t only flag problems; you ship the fix with operators and own the workstream.
Have a clinical qualification (MD or nurse) and roughly 3 to 5 years of hospital practice. Specialty does not matter. Interest in prevention does.
Have worked in or alongside a laboratory, a diagnostics company, or a care operation, and know how a sample becomes a result
Can hold a technical conversation with a biologist about a method, and a practical one with a phlebotomist about a tube
Entrepreneurial mindset is highly valued
You operate well under pressure and at high pace
Are fluent in French and English, spoken and written

Frontend: Engagement & world-class experience. A confirmed frontend engineer (5+ years) with very good craft and a real sensibility for design. You like things crystal clear for the user, you build neat interfaces, and you don't wait for designs to be ready to propose something delightful.
You'll own what a first-time visitor meets and what keeps members coming back: the acquisition funnel, onboarding, checkout, the everyday surfaces of the product. Lucis is building its B2B distribution (department stores, wellness retail, premium clubs and studios, pharmacy networks..) and corporate licence accounts in France, the UK and beyond. Signing them is one job. Making them produce is this one.
You report to the Head of Sales & Partnerships, who stays accountable for portfolio performance and co-leads the enterprise accounts with you.
Your primary number: licences bought, then licences used. How many were purchased, and how many became a member who booked, got drawn and read their report. The first is this year's revenue. The second is whether it renews.
Launch and activation: tracked code live, partner staff trained, launch communication shipped. Then a monthly review with every partner and account on licences bought and members activated, and a quarterly business review carrying a renewal and expansion plan.
The recurring book: corporate and enterprise licence accounts plus embedded partners, on adoption, activation rate, renewal and upsell.
Partner productivity: every partner carries a licence volume expectation and a date. You hold it, and you say out loud when a partner is not going to produce.
Member onboarding: from licence granted to first report read. The drop-off points, the reminders, the friction. With Product and Ops, who own the in-product mechanics.
Retention: no GRR or NRR baseline exists on this portfolio today. You define both, build them and report them.

We are hiring a Medical Director to own Lucis's clinical direction and medical safety system.
Decide what we test and why, and to what clinical standard the service runs
Set the risk posture and the governance model: who signs what, how incidents are handled, what Lucis can claim
Own the certification call and path: medical device classification, CE, ISO, or stay out of scope, and the argument behind it
Hire and lead the clinical operations and safety team.
Represent Lucis clinically with labs, insurers, institutional partners and regulators, alongside the CMO
Set the standards that product team should follow to make each release safe.

We’re looking for a mobile frontend engineer who treats the app as a craft, not a checklist. You care about the half-pixel, the spring curve on a transition, the way a screen feels in the hand, and you can build it. You own the mobile experience end-to-end in our monorepo, orchestrate AI to execute, and raise the bar for everyone around you.
