Collaborate with Sales Enablement and pricing education.\n\n - Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Finance and Customer Support teams to support pricing negotiations and client contracts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.\n   \n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\n - Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or other quantitative field.\n\n - Experience: 8+ years of experience in Pricing and Monetization in the Media or AdTech arena with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven success leading pricing for multi-product portfolios at scale with usage-based pricing.\n\n - Analytical Skills: Strong hands-on analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.\n\n - Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis, strong knowledge of Looker for data visualization, and expertise in PowerPoint for creating presentations. Familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus.\n\n - Market Research: Experience conducting primary and secondary market research to inform pricing decisions and strategy.\n\n - Team Management and Development: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.\n\n - Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in delivering clear and engaging presentations to stakeholders.\n\n - Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.\n\n - Problem-Solving and Intellectually curious: Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.
