We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive (AE) to join our founding sales team in the US. As an early member of our sales team, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and defining our sales processes. This role involves owning the entire sales cycle—from identifying and qualifying prospects to managing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. 3-4 years of proven experience in early sales roles within fast-growing startups
Experience building and maintaining a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quota and closing 6-7-figure deals with mid-market and enterprise clients
Experience in both inbound and outbound selling
Prior experience with selling into the healthcare space is strongly preferred, with experience in Revenue Cycle / selling into FInance/Ops

About the role
Design and orchestrate agentic workflows by combining AI prompting with Magical’s multi-agent platform, extending its capabilities to solve complex, customer-specific challenges.
Act as a technical bridge between customers and Magical’s product and engineering teams, capturing real-world feedback and translating it into platform improvements.
Diagnose and resolve issues across deployments, integrations, and performance optimizations, ensuring reliability in high-stakes environments like healthcare.
Shape the internal playbook by building tools, documentation, and reference implementations that accelerate future customer rollouts and scale Magical’s multi-agent ecosystem.
About you
You have 3+ years of experience in engineering, QA engineering, solutions engineering, or similar technical background
You’re deeply curious about AI prompting, multi-agent systems, and automation. Prior experience here is a plus, but a fast learner with strong fundamentals will thrive.

You'll sit at the center of how Magical tracks and manages its money — what we're spending, what we're earning, and what we're owed. You'll help us make faster, sharper decisions by building the reporting that shows where the business stands, and help us stay disciplined by owning the day-to-day mechanics of collections, invoicing, and spend.
This is a role for someone who can both build a process where none exists and execute the day-to-day work once it does. You'll support monthly and quarterly expense analysis, ARR tracking and reporting, churn analysis, invoicing, collections, spend management through Ramp, and quarterly close alongside our external accountant. You'll become the person the team turns to when they need a straight answer on where the company's money is going and coming from.
Expense Analysis: Run monthly and quarterly expense analysis - where we're spending, and why spend spiked or shifted
ARR Reporting: Build and maintain an ARR dashboard; track and report on ARR monthly and quarterly
Invoicing & Collections: Invoice customers and own the collections effort — follow up on receivables and drive resolution (AR & AP)
Spend Management: Manage the spend program end-to-end: pay merchant invoices, allocate budgets and cards
Spend Policy: Design and continuously optimize company-wide spend

We are looking for a Tech Lead to raise the technical bar across Magical’s Forward Deployed Engineering team and take on our most difficult customer and platform challenges.
This is a highly senior individual-contributor role. You will remain deeply hands-on while providing technical leadership across multiple customers, deployments, and FDE workstreams.
You will step into complex or ambiguous situations, quickly understand what is going wrong, and lead the work required to solve it. You will also coach less experienced FDEs, review technical approaches, and help the broader team develop stronger judgment and execution skills.
You will report to the Head of Deployments and work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, Deployment Strategy, Product, and Engineering.
Take the lead on Magical’s most complex, high-risk, or technically ambiguous customer deployments.
Get hands-on in the work—designing agentic workflows, writing and improving prompts, building integrations, debugging failures, analyzing system behavior, and shipping production solutions.
