Monarch Money is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support scaling our finance function. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you'll be central to the planning cadence the whole company runs on — supporting the annual budget and quarterly re-forecast, maintaining our core operating model, and partnering with Accounting on monthly reporting and variance analysis.
This role blends analytical depth with real business partnership. You'll own departmental financial alignment across Growth, Product, Engineering, People, and CS, making sure every team is operating against a plan they understand and are accountable to. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder — comfortable when the process doesn't exist yet, and able to turn complex financial data into something a non-finance leader can act on.
Planning & Forecasting:
Support the annual budget and quarterly re-forecast — running the calendar, templates, and working sessions with department leaders and Strategic Operations, and consolidating the result
Maintain and extend our three statement financial model
Support long-range planning and scenario modeling for growth, hiring, and capital decisions
Business Partnership:
Own departmental financial alignment — run a recurring review cadence with each department leader on budget, spend, and headcount against plan
Serve as the finance approver in Zip for vendor and purchase requests — validating spend against budget before it's committed, and pushing back when it isn't covered
Monitor spend in Ramp against plan, and maintain the renewal calendar so contract decisions happen ahead of auto-renewal rather than after
Give department leaders visibility into their own committed and remaining budget
Flag variances and emerging risks in-period, proactively, rather than explaining them after the fact
Help non-finance leaders read their own numbers and connect spend to outcomes
Reporting & Analysis:
Partner with Accounting through month-end close — accruals, plan-to-actual reconciliation, and a monthly reporting package delivered on a predictable cadence
Produce variance analysis with written commentary explaining the why, not just the delta
Prepare metrics, schedules, and narrative inputs for investor updates and board reporting
Take on ad-hoc analysis and build the decks that frame decisions for leadership
Systems & Automation:
Improve and automate recurring reporting in Aleph and Omni — less manual effort each cycle, more self-serve for the teams who need answers
4+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with direct exposure to a full planning cycle
You build things other people can operate. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling.
You've had the harder conversation. You've sat with a non-finance leader whose spend diverged from plan and worked it through, rather than escalating it
You make complex things simple. Financial concepts land with people who don't have a finance background

Experience in a subscription, SaaS, or fintech business

We're hiring Senior, Staff and Principal Product Managers with 5+ years of PM experience with a track record of shipping products they're proud of. You'll own discovery, prioritization, and delivery on a high-leverage area of Monarch's product. The Role:
Monarch is seeking a Senior Application Security Engineer to join our Security Engineering team during a period of rapid growth. Reporting to the Head of Engineering Infrastructure, you will be a hands-on practitioner embedded across our product and engineering teams — conducting application security reviews, executing on vulnerability management, and applying and improving our AppSec and AI security practices as Monarch scales.
As a key contributor on the Foundations security team, you'll work directly with product engineers to identify and close security gaps, perform and improve SAST/DAST operations, and apply AI security review processes across Monarch's growing LLM-integrated and agentic product surface. This role is critical in ensuring our application layer remains secure and resilient as we handle increasingly sensitive financial data for over a million users.
What You'll Do:
Conduct application security reviews — threat modeling, code review, and risk assessment — for new features and major product changes across Monarch's Django/Python stack
Perform and improve SAST/DAST operations including triage, validation, and remediation tracking of findings in CI/CD pipelines
Work through the vulnerability backlog with urgency — maintaining triage criteria, remediation tracking, and escalation paths in partnership with engineering squads
Perform and coordinate penetration testing and security assessments against Monarch's web and API surfaces
Apply and improve AI security review processes for LLM-integrated features and agentic attack surfaces — covering prompt injection, data leakage, model abuse, and supply chain risk
Build and maintain security automations and AI-powered tooling, and define and assess security requirements for AI workflows and agentic systems.
Participate in the weekly security on-call rotation
What You'll Bring:
5+ years in security engineering with demonstrated depth in Application and AI security — threat modeling, SAST/DAST, secure code review, and vulnerability management
Proficiency in Python and strong understanding of web application security (OWASP Top 10, API security, auth/authz patterns)
Hands-on experience with application security tooling — Semgrep, Burp Suite, Nuclei, or equivalents
Familiarity with AI/ML security risks — prompt injection, model abuse, agentic attack surfaces, or LLM supply chain risk
Transformative AI fluency — actively uses AI tools to accelerate security work and build automation
Nice to Haves:

The Role:
Monarch is seeking a Principal, Strategic Operations to join our Ops team during a period of rapid growth. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll design, implement, and continuously improve Monarch's operating system - ensuring company strategy translates into aligned decisions, effective planning, and reliable cross-functional execution. The Role
Monarch is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Associate to join our Growth Marketing team during a period of hyper-growth. Reporting to our Head of Search and Affiliate Marketing, you'll help source, onboard, and optimize the affiliate partners that drive one of Monarch's most important acquisition channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for an early-career marketer who's eager to learn the affiliate discipline and grow into partner management.
What You'll Do
Source and onboard new affiliate partners using tools like SEMrush, Similarweb, Publisher Discovery, Affistash, and Aspire
Manage day-to-day partner communication and keep onboarding moving smoothly
Monitor partner performance, build ad-hoc reporting, and flag anomalies or performance gaps
Recommend and help implement optimizations to grow affiliate Free Trial Starts and subscriptions
Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product, Data, and Creative to improve conversion across the affiliate funnel
What You'll Bring

Monarch is seeking a Senior Security GRC Analyst to join our Security team. Reporting to the Manager of Corporate and Infrastructure Security, you'll own the day-to-day of our compliance program and customer security assurance function while maturing our overall GRC program. This is a builder-operator role that runs on cross-coordination and precision: you'll work daily with People, Legal, IT, Operations, Engineering, and leadership, automating the repetitive work so the program scales as we grow.
Own and mature our compliance framework: continuous controls monitoring, develop security awareness training, evidence currency, audit coordination — collecting and presenting evidence, pulling the right people into auditor calls, and managing findings to closure.
Automate GRC — evidence collection, questionnaire responses, risk management workflows, and enforcing compliance — using compliance platforms and AI tooling.
Own the third-party risk management (TPRM) program: vendor security assessments, risk tiering, approval workflows, and continuous monitoring.
Develop, maintain, and mature our risk management program — risk register, risk assessments, treatment tracking, and reporting to leadership.
Write, maintain, and update security policies and procedures, keeping documentation current as our control environment evolves.
Own and scale customer assurance end to end — security questionnaires, evidence requests, trust center content, and knowledge base.
3-5 years operating and scaling security GRC, compliance, or customer assurance programs in high-growth environments — security GRC specifically.
Hands on security knowledge — you have worked on designing and developing the technical controls behind the frameworks (IAM, endpoint, cloud infrastructure) well enough to speak credibly with both auditors and engineers.
Meticulous attention to detail — you can sit down and work a sensitive or content heavy document line by line quickly, you deeply care about the nuances.
Strong cross-functional coordination — this role lives across People, Legal, IT, Operations, Engineering, and leadership. This will frequently require gathering of people and pushing the needle forward.
Hands-on experience writing, maintaining, and updating security policies, standards, and procedures.
Hands-on experience with SOC 2 or equivalent and customer assurance (security questionnaires, evidence requests, RFPs).
