Feature development: You will be owning features on our web platforms – currently the Phantom Extension and our website.
New initiatives and products: You will be leading initiatives to add support for other blockchains to Phantom, and to launch new complementary products or infrastructure.

Security is core to Phantom’s product and the trust millions of users place in us. We’re building an AI-native security team that aggressively uses AI to expand the speed, depth, and reach of our work—from code review and threat modeling to vulnerability discovery and security automation. We’re looking for strong security engineers with high agency who can identify the risks that matter, build practical solutions, and take ownership from initial discovery through verified remediation.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role spanning architecture, source code, testing, and production systems across Phantom’s mobile, web, and backend products. You’ll work directly with engineering and product teams, lead complex security initiatives, and build capabilities that scale across the company. At the Staff level, you’ll set technical direction and raise the bar for how Phantom designs, builds, and ships secure products.
This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in the US, UK and Canada.
Product Security Ownership: Partner with engineering teams to identify and address security risks across Phantom’s mobile applications, web products, APIs, and backend services.
Architecture and Threat Modeling: Lead security reviews for new products and major architectural changes, with particular attention to authorization boundaries, sensitive data, transaction integrity, key material, and third-party integrations.
Secure Product Development: Embed practical security controls into the software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through testing, release, and production operation.
Code Review and Security Testing: Perform AI assisted security code reviews and targeted testing of high-risk features. Build repeatable approaches that help find vulnerabilities before they reach production.
Security Tooling: Develop and improve tooling that gives engineers fast, actionable security feedback without creating unnecessary friction. Use automation and AI-assisted workflows where they materially improve coverage or speed.
Software Supply Chain Security: Harden CI/CD, build, and release systems against supply chain threats, including dependency risk, secrets exposure, build provenance, artifact integrity, and compromised developer or automation workflows.
Vulnerability Management: Triage findings from internal testing, researchers, bug bounty submissions, and third-party assessments. Work with owners to determine real-world impact and drive issues through verified remediation.
Incident Response: Support the investigation of product security incidents and suspicious activity. Turn lessons from incidents into durable improvements to product architecture, detection, and engineering standards.
Technical Leadership: Establish product security patterns and expectations across engineering. At the Staff level, lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and influence architecture beyond any single product team.
5+ years of experience in product security, application security, security engineering, or software engineering, including experience operating at a senior or staff level.
Strong understanding of web, mobile, API, and distributed-system security, including authentication, authorization, session management, cryptography, and common vulnerability classes.
Hands-on experience building or applying AI-assisted security tooling to test applications and APIs, combining automated analysis with source-code review and manual validation.
Demonstrated ability to review production code in one or more languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, Python and Go.
Experience securing software supply chains and CI/CD systems, including dependencies, build infrastructure, secrets, artifacts, signing, and release integrity.
Experience threat modeling complex products and translating security risks into concrete engineering requirements.
Strong judgment when evaluating exploitability, business impact, and appropriate remediation.
Track record of partnering effectively with engineering and product teams while maintaining a high security bar.
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical risk to both engineers and non-security stakeholders.
Experience securing consumer financial products, wallets, payments, or other systems where client integrity and transaction safety are critical.
Familiarity with blockchain systems, smart-contract interactions, transaction simulation, signing workflows, or self-custodial wallet architecture.
Experience securing browser extensions or native mobile applications.
Experience building and integrating application-security tooling, static or dynamic analysis, security test infrastructure, or policy-as-code controls.
Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, and cloud-native service architectures.
Experience working with bug bounty programs or coordinating external security assessments.

Work with owners to determine real-world impact and drive issues through verified remediation.\n\n - Incident Response: Support the investigation of product security incidents and suspicious activity. Turn lessons from incidents into durable improvements to product architecture, detection, and engineering standards.\n\n - Technical Leadership: Establish product security patterns and expectations across engineering. SDLC Infrastructure Ownership: Own and evolve CI/CD infrastructure using GitHub Actions and Kubernetes, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and developer velocity.
Mobile Release Automation: Automate release workflows including building, signing, and distributing binaries and managing app store submissions across iOS, Android, and Chrome.
e2e Test Automation: Oversee and improve automated end-to-end testing with Maestro and Playwright across mobile and web.
CI/CD Optimization: Improve pipeline performance, reliability, and observability to support rapid, high-confidence releases.

Platform security is foundational to protecting Phantom and the systems our users rely on. We’re hiring a Senior Platform Security Engineer to own and improve security across our AWS and Kubernetes environments. You’ll work directly with infrastructure and engineering teams to secure the control planes, identities, workloads, and deployment systems behind our most critical products.
We’re building an AI-native security team that aggressively uses AI to expand the speed, depth, and reach of our work. We’re looking for a strong security engineer with high agency who can identify the risks that matter, build practical controls, and own problems through verified remediation. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working in production systems, writing code and infrastructure, responding to incidents, and making security improvements without slowing down the teams building on the platform.
This role is fully remote; however, we’re only open to candidates based in the US and Canada.
AWS Security: Own and improve security across Phantom’s multi-account AWS environment, including IAM, Identity Center, networking, compute, storage, secrets, logging, and organization-level guardrails.
Kubernetes Security: Secure production Kubernetes environments running on Amazon EKS, including cluster configuration, workload identity, RBAC, admission controls, network boundaries, secrets, container security, and tenant isolation.
Identity and Access: Design least-privilege access models for engineers, services, and automation. Build scoped, auditable, and time-bound access paths for sensitive production systems.
Mission-Critical Systems: Protect the infrastructure supporting products and services that handle sensitive data and high-value operations.
Cloud Security Architecture: Lead security design for new infrastructure, platform services, and major architectural changes.
Infrastructure and Policy as Code: Build reusable security controls using tools such as Pulumi, Terraform, Kubernetes policy engines, and automated configuration validation.
CI/CD and Supply Chain Security: Harden build, deployment, and release systems, including GitHub Actions, workload federation, build runners, dependencies, artifacts, signing, provenance, and access to production environments.
Security Automation: Build tools that identify and remediate cloud and Kubernetes risks at scale. Apply AI-assisted workflows where they materially improve analysis, coverage, or response speed.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Infrastructure, SRE, Developer Experience, and product engineering teams. Establish practical platform-security standards and help teams adopt them.
7+ years of experience in platform security, cloud security, infrastructure security, security engineering, or a closely related engineering role.
Deep, hands-on experience securing production AWS environments. You understand IAM and resource policies, workload identity, network security, secrets management, logging, organization-level controls, and the ways these systems fail in practice.
Deep experience securing Kubernetes in production, preferably Amazon EKS, including RBAC, workload identity, admission policy, network policy, pod security, secrets, and cluster hardening.
Experience designing or securing mission-critical systems where compromise, excessive privilege, or loss of availability could have significant customer or business impact.
Strong understanding of identity, authorization, least privilege, isolation, and blast-radius reduction across both human and machine access.
Experience securing CI/CD and software supply chains, including GitHub Actions or similar systems, build runners, workload federation, artifacts, and production deployment paths.
Experience writing and reviewing infrastructure as code using Pulumi, Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
Ability to write production-quality code or automation in a language such as TypeScript, Python, Go, or Rust.
High agency and ownership. You can take an ambiguous platform-security problem from initial investigation through implementation and verified remediation.
Clear communication and a strong track record of partnering with infrastructure and engineering teams while maintaining a high security bar.
Experience with AWS Nitro Enclaves or other trusted execution environments, including attestation, isolation boundaries, secure key handling, and operational lifecycle management.
Experience securing financial, payments, wallet, custody, or other high-value transaction systems.
Familiarity with key-management infrastructure, AWS KMS, CloudHSM, cryptographic signing systems, or secrets-management platforms.
Experience operating or securing multi-region Kubernetes and AWS environments at significant scale.
Familiarity with service meshes and cloud-native networking technologies such as Istio, PrivateLink, Transit Gateway, or eBPF-based controls.
Experience with GitHub OIDC, Argo CD, Helm, Crossplane, or Kubernetes-based infrastructure delivery.

As a Trust, Risk & Safety Engineer at Phantom, you’ll build the systems that safeguard our users, products, and platform. Responsibilities
Fraud prevention: Build real-time risk controls and decisioning systems for products such as ACH, debit cards, onramps, off-ramps, and other money movement experiences.
Scam and abuse detection: Develop signals, models, and product interventions that identify malicious wallets, transactions, applications, and user behavior.
Identity and compliance infrastructure: Build scalable KYC, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, case management, and audit systems.
Data and intelligence: Create pipelines and tools that combine on-chain activity, product data, and third-party signals into actionable risk insights.
Product safety: Partner with product and engineering teams to design safeguards into new features from the beginning without compromising the user experience.
Operational tooling: Build internal tools that help Risk, Compliance, Support, and Security teams investigate incidents and take action efficiently.
Team building: Help establish the technical foundations and engineering culture for a new, high-impact function at Phantom.

Phantom is looking for a Head of Business & Corporate Development to lead our partnerships, strategic intelligence, and M&A functions. You will be Phantom's outward-facing business leader, deepening and diversifying partnerships across crypto and traditional fintech to unlock and extend foundational capabilities, drive distribution and revenue, and develop the pipeline of inorganic opportunities that close capability gaps faster than we could build or hire. Deep knowledge of the crypto and/or fintech ecosystem, with a strong network in Solana and beyond; you are plugged in, get calls from founders and investors, and have a genuine point of view on where things are heading
Demonstrated track record of making calls that influenced executive decision making or product direction

As a VIP Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for VIP members inside the app. You will own these relationships end to end: welcoming new members, resolving issues personally, pulling in support and engineering when a case needs them, and staying with it until it is closed. Triage and escalate: bring in support agents, engineering, or leadership when a case warrants it, and own the communication back to the member.
Meet members where they are: in-app chat first, plus email, X, Telegram, and Discord.
Coordinate the moments beyond support: welcome gifts, event experiences, and early access to new features.
Turn conversations into leverage: channel member feedback to product, build playbooks, and help define the response time and satisfaction standards for the VIP team.
Help design and scale the program from a small founding cohort to thousands of members, and eventually 24/7 coverage.
4+ years in premium or VIP support, account management, or customer success, ideally at a sports betting platform, crypto exchange, wallet, brokerage, or fintech app.
Deep crypto fluency: you understand self custody and can navigate multiple chains, reading a block explorer, tracing a transaction, and telling an L2 gas issue apart from a bug.
Exceptional written communication: warm, concise, and human, even under pressure.
Absolute discretion: for high value users, privacy and trust are the product.
Security first instincts: you know the social engineering patterns targeting crypto users, and you would never ask anyone for a seed phrase.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership: you are the first hire in a new function and will build much of the process yourself.
Time zone flexibility: our members are global and markets do not close, so some evening and weekend availability is part of the job.

At Phantom, we're looking for an AI Engineer to help shape how AI is adopted and scaled across the company. You'll play a key role in building the internal AI tools, integrations, and automation that enable teams to work smarter, move faster, and operate more efficiently.
This is a hands on engineering role focused on turning emerging AI capabilities into practical, reliable solutions that drive meaningful business impact. As a Data Scientist at Phantom, you’ll help shape our consumer products through rigorous analysis, experimentation, and reliable data. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth to understand user behavior, identify opportunities, and guide product decisions.
Analyze user journeys, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization to identify opportunities and recommend product improvements.
Design and evaluate A/B tests, including hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails, sample sizing, and interpretation. Communicate uncertainty and distinguish observed relationships from causal effects.
Define and maintain product metrics, and partner with Engineering to improve instrumentation and validate the data behind them.
Build reusable analytical datasets and dbt models using SQL. Collaborate with Data Engineering on Snowflake, Dagster, and ETL pipelines to improve data quality and support analysis.
Use Python for statistical analysis, modeling, and automation. Make your work reproducible, documented, and maintainable.
Incorporate AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor into your workflow to accelerate development and analysis. Review and validate generated code, assumptions, and results.
Independently lead ambiguous problems from initial question through analysis, recommendation, and measurement. Communicate clearly, challenge assumptions constructively, and influence priorities across teams.
7+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or a related field, with a demonstrated record of influencing product decisions.
Strong foundation in statistics, including probability, statistical inference, hypothesis testing, regression, and sources of bias and confounding. Ability to select appropriate methods and explain their assumptions and limitations.
Practical experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, including defining metrics, assessing statistical power, checking experiment validity, and translating results into decisions.
Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency in Python for data exploration, statistical analysis, and reproducible analytical workflows.
Working knowledge of dbt, data modeling, and modern data platforms. Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Dagster and how ETL pipelines, dependencies, and refresh schedules affect downstream analysis.
Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor in your regular workflow, with the judgment to verify correctness and maintain code quality.
Experience partnering directly with product teams, ideally on consumer products, to understand behavior and improve activation, engagement, retention, or monetization.
Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, prioritize work, and communicate recommendations to technical and nontechnical partners.
Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn unfamiliar systems and follow through on useful work.
Experience working with Snowflake, including querying large datasets and understanding query performance and cost.
