We're hiring a Market Manager in Houston, Texas: a high impact role that serves as Primer's leader within a market and reports to the Texas General Manager. You'll be accountable for the growth and educational operations of Primer in Houston, Texas.
We're looking for an executor with an education leadership background who is comfortable operating in high opacity environments and keeping multiple balls in the air. You'll be launching new Primers, supporting existing Primers, driving enrollment growth, and generally ensuring that we're meeting the Primer standard for students and families across Houston, Texas. And finally, because this role is brand new, you'll have an opportunity to help design the role, build playbooks, and influence what success looks like for future hires.
You might spend your morning working with the real estate team to evaluate a new location, your mid-day modeling active monitoring for new Primer Leaders and providing live feedback, your afternoon re-designing the pickup/drop-off plan for an existing campus, and your early evening hosting an Open House at a new campus.

As an Admissions Representative, you'll be the human face of Primer for prospective families — the person who meets them where they are, earns their trust, and helps them understand why Primer is different.
We're building education for every family in America, not just the ones who find us easily. That means showing up in person, adapting to family schedules, and doing the relationship-building work that makes enrollment feel personal rather than transactional. You'll report to the Head of Admissions while working closely with the local GM to support campus growth from day one.
This role isn't about pushing a product. It's about helping families make one of the most important decisions they'll make for their kids — with honesty, care, and genuine follow-through.
Conduct in-person parent meetings with prospective families, meeting them at times and locations that work for them.
Host campus tours and open houses in collaboration with campus staff, so educators can stay focused on students instead of spending extra hours on admissions-driven activities.
Represent Primer at community events, building authentic local presence and trust.
Maintain rigorous scheduling, communication, and follow-up in Salesforce/Groove — full alignment with central admissions processes is non-negotiable.
Serve as a local ambassador for Primer, helping every family feel genuinely welcomed and informed as they explore enrollment.
Surface patterns from family conversations back to the central admissions team — if you're hearing the same objections or questions repeatedly, that's signal worth sharing.

As an Admissions Representative, you'll be the human face of Primer for prospective families — the person who meets them where they are, earns their trust, and helps them understand why Primer is different.
We're building education for every family in America, not just the ones who find us easily. We’re hiring a Market Manager in Alabama: a high impact role that serves as Primer's leader within a market and reports to the Alabama General Manager. You'll be accountable for the growth and educational operations of Primer in Alabama.
We're looking for an executor with an education leadership background who is comfortable operating in high opacity environments and keeping multiple balls in the air. You'll be launching new Primers, supporting existing Primers, driving enrollment growth, and generally ensuring that we’re meeting the Primer standard for students and families across Alabama. And finally, because this role is brand new, you'll have an opportunity to help design the role, build playbooks, and influence what success looks like for future hires.

You’ll own the end-to-end design for the experiences that make Primer schools great. That includes web and mobile products for families, students, educators, and internal teams, as well as the physical campuses themselves. From the app parents use every day, to the signage they see when they walk into a school, you’ll help us define it all.
Most edtech companies stop at software. We run the schools, source the real estate, hire the teachers, and build the spaces where learning happens. The same person who designs the digital onboarding flow also has a point of view on how the classroom flows.
You’ll join a small, high-ownership design team that works close to students, families, educators, and operators. We value clear thinking, honest feedback, strong craft, and a bias toward action.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and school operators to solve problems that have never been solved before. The goal is to build simple, intuitive, and joyful experiences for all our users and scale our products for our next phase of growth.
What you’ll do:
Lead design projects from initial concept through high-fidelity design and launch.
Run user research with students, families, and teachers, and turn what you learn into interfaces, systems, and environments.
Move fluidly between visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking depending on what the product needs.
Refine copy, tone, and visual detail so every screen feels cohesive and intentional.
Contribute to and help shape the Mondrian design system.

5+ years of experience as Product Designer

This is a financial analysis and business partnership role at its core. You'll drive financial analysis for a national private school network that runs on PrimerOS, our learning and operations management platform. Reporting to our Head of Finance, you'll be the strategic business partner to functional leaders—helping them weigh tradeoffs, assess performance, and put our financial strategy into action.
Site-level performance: partner with our state General Manager teams to own site-level forecasts, enabling the company to make decisions grounded in our financial realities and strategic priorities
Real Estate: partner with the Real Estate team to drive the completeness and accuracy of our pro-forma modeling, returns forecasting, and project-level budget-vs-actual analyses.
