Our goal is to increase the number of direct payer integrations that we have by 100x over the next 12 months. This is a complex problem that involves massively parallelizing a process across many payers simultaneously – a process that includes legal agreements, technical implementation and testing, relationship building, and a general do-whatever-it-takes approach to keep the payers moving through the pipeline.
We are looking for a Payer Integrations Engineer to join our growing Payer Strategy & Operations team. You will be the primary technical owner for all integrations that we build directly with payers and other clearinghouses.
You have ample experience integrating with APIs: you are familiar with REST/SOAP APIs and have hands-on experience building integrations to backend systems and applications.
You are exceptional at staying on top of many open threads simultaneously. You are hyper-responsive, organized, and thorough. You almost never drop balls.
You have experience in customer/externally facing roles: You have experience in customer-facing roles; ideally within technical support, implementation and onboarding, or solutions engineering roles.

We are seeking a product manager to own one of Stedi's products end-to-end. You will help shape requirements, drive prioritization, and work with engineering to execute on the roadmap. Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment. Own metrics related to product adoption/engagement.

2+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly eligibility verification workflows is strongly preferred.
Either Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or professional experience writing code are strongly preferred.
Have an established, demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap.
Ability to translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Frontend Engineer to bring the Stedi vision to life. You'll work closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to execute on a broad range of projects – from building foundational features in our web product to testing for reliability and consistency throughout.
Our backend teams use AWS exclusively for all customer-facing backend infrastructure. We use tools like GitHub, Stripe, and PagerDuty, but all the application work happens on AWS.
All exposed API endpoints are available to the frontend via strongly-typed SDK clients.
Our frontend applications are built using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, based on designs provided by our design team in Figma.
Collaborate with design, product and backend engineering to build web interfaces that power our products and features.
Develop reusable, responsive, accessible components using scalable, semantic React components.

We are seeking a Product Manager to own one of our products end-to-end. You will shape product requirements, define strategy, drive prioritization, and partner closely with engineering to execute the roadmap.

We are hiring a Head of Security to take full ownership of security at Stedi, reporting directly to the CEO and working at the intersection of engineering, legal, product, and more.
At Stedi, security is job zero. There is nothing more important than securing our systems. This role exists to operationalize that principle across every function of the company.
You won’t be building from scratch. We already have SOC 2 Type 2 and HIPAA certifications and will soon have HITRUST R2 certification. We view these compliance items as a baseline starting point and not the final destination. We have invested heavily in security from the earliest days. We have extensive controls across our engineering and IT infrastructure (from SCPs to DLP and everything in between), and 100% of our customer data is processed within AWS without exception. We work extensively with AWS’s native tools as well as with AWS teams, including on an IAM access vulnerability that we discovered.
You will own our security function end-to-end: incident readiness, regulatory obligations, customer trust, and the day-to-day fundamentals that enable everything else. You will be the bridge between engineering and legal, working closely with leadership from both teams and the CEO. You’ll inherit a strong foundation to scale in our next phase of growth – building out the team, programs, and processes that let a lean company move fast while maintaining a world-class security posture.

Represent Stedi in conversations with customer and partner security leadership teams, and provide clear, regular reporting on security posture and risk to the executive team and board.

Build mechanisms for continuous security improvement, and establish practical, role-appropriate security training across the company.
Significant experience owning security programs in cloud-native environments.

We're hiring a seasoned content developer and marketer to create world-class content for providers, developers, and technical teams building revenue cycle systems in healthcare. This is a marketing role, but you won’t be doing typical brand marketing or surface-level thought leadership.
Your job is simple: create engaging content that evangelizes Stedi across the entire RCM ecosystem. You are a creative generalist with a passion for scaling and evangelizing technical products. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced backend engineer to join our engineering team to build our healthcare APIs and extend existing systems.
We use AWS exclusively for our customer-facing backend infrastructure. We use tools like GitHub, Stripe, and PagerDuty, but all of our application work happens on AWS.

We are seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join our Platform Team. This team is at the core of our infrastructure, responsible for managing multiple AWS Organizations and providing the foundational tools and services that enable our engineering teams to build reliable, secure, and compliant applications.

We’re hiring an Associate General Counsel with high potential who is excited to grow with the business. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred – lived experience in the regulatory and commercial complexity of healthcare infrastructure, payers, providers, or healthtech is ideal. As the second attorney on the team, you will get to own a broad variety of complex and critical legal matters for a rapidly growing company in a highly regulated space. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred – lived experience in the regulatory and commercial complexity of healthcare infrastructure, payers, providers, or healthtech is ideal. As the second attorney on the team, you will get to own a broad variety of complex and critical legal matters for a rapidly growing company in a highly regulated space. You’ll work closely with the Head of Legal and regularly partner with company leadership and teams across the business. You’ll also scale and improve the processes and tools that let a lean team move quickly while operating comfortably within our risk profile.
