Job description:
Generally, candidates start in our assembly/packaging department, as it’s the best place to become acclimated to our company while learning about our production standards.
Job requirements:
We make it our responsibility to train you to succeed. Consequently, we don’t have strict requirements regarding prior experience or education level. Our only requirements are:

2. Ability to work weekends and overtime when necessary

1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Job description
The onsite position reports to our IT Manager, supports our onsite and offsite employees, and maintains hardware and software, including Apple Products, Windows PCs, servers, networking equipment, and computer-driven manufacturing equipment.
Work performed
Performs setup of new hire user accounts and deactivations.
Provides end-user support onsite for remote employees.
Installs, troubleshoots and maintains new IT equipment, including Mac/PC/Chromebook devices and peripheral devices related to factory infrastructure.
Records, updates, and escalates requests using the Asana task system.
Assists with the installation and maintenance of computer-driven manufacturing equipment.
Other duties as requested to support our manufacturing and remote departments.
Requirements
Associate's degree in information systems and/or IT certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, and Google) in information systems or equivalent work background.
1-3 Years of IT experience.
Strong understanding of computer support methodologies and troubleshooting.
Strong experience with VMWare, Mac OS, Chrome OS, Windows 10/11, Linux, and Windows Server products.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wired and Wireless networking.
Experience with Google Workspace and supporting SaaS-based software applications.
Experience with computer-driven manufacturing equipment
Compensation
$25.75-$27.50 based on experience

We're looking for a motivated individual who'd like to join our team as a Production Supervisor. This position will report to the Factory Manager and be responsible for the overall well being of their shift with regards to productivity, quality, safety, on-time delivery and morale.
Work performed
1. Evaluates attendance, productivity, quality & safety of personnel
2. Takes appropriate corrective action when personnel do not meet company standards
3. Sets schedules for employees including overtime to ensure on time delivery
4. Determines staffing requirements to ensure on time delivery and cost efficiency
5. Oversees training of new personnel and evaluates their performance
6. Communicates with customer service on production conditions
7. Works with customer service to ensure rush orders ship on time
8. Troubleshoots technical problems and uses resources to resolve them as needed
9. Fosters a positive work environment to minimize turnover
10. Accurately represents the attitudes and objectives of company to personnel
Requirements
1. 4+ years of manufacturing experience
2. 4+ years managing a team of at least 10 people
3. Strong technical skills; ability to troubleshoot machine problems
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong interpersonal skills
6. Intermediate computer skills (ability to learn/use payroll, task management software)
Hours & compensation
1. Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm
2. Starting at $27.55 - $29.37/hour, depending on experience

Di cosa ti occuperai
Mantenere l’ordine e la pulizia di uffici, bagni, cucina, sale comuni e area produttiva;
Supervisionare i nostri edifici e le nostre proprietà e accertarsi della loro manutenzione ordinaria;
Preparare e sistemare gli uffici in vista di riunioni ed eventi;
Garantire che ogni bagno sia dotato di carta igienica, sapone, e ogni altro materiale necessario;
Smaltire rifiuti e spazzatura;
Informare la direzione di eventuali manutenzioni straordinarie da intraprendere.

Di cosa ti occuperai
La persona selezionata si occuperà principalmente di:
Supportare le attività di produzione, inclusa la preparazione dei materiali necessari alle lavorazioni;
Effettuare la movimentazione dei materiali tra magazzini, impianti e reparti produttivi;
Gestire attività di carico, scarico e sistemazione della merce;
Collaborare al mantenimento dell’ordine e dell’organizzazione delle aree di produzione e magazzino;
Utilizzare strumenti e attrezzature necessarie alla movimentazione e gestione dei materiali;
Preparazione e predisposizione di aree di carico e scarico.
Gestire il posizionamento rifiuti nelle apposite aree e fornire supporto relativo alla loro gestione per l’avviamento allo smaltimento.
Garantire precisione e attenzione nella gestione dei flussi di materiale.
Fornire supporto operativo alle diverse esigenze produttive;
